Hello,  I need to resize all my banners, so to move postion, scale, etc... in one time.This tool here below disappaered since last update of Animate. Any reason why? It was so usefull. Is there an alternative?  Thank a lot

Hello, I'm currently trying to find a solution to maintain a flash app that was originally running locally through the plugin but I'm experiencing issues. When I create a Projector (Mac OSX Big Sur), it seems to work but all the swf contents I try load doesn't shows up, it's white only ... The application is some kind of slide viewer (like powerpoint)It first loads an XML description of Swf sequencethen it loads the first swf and display an interface that enables to browse into differents sequences of swf.But none of my swfs are showing up (despite it seems to be loaded correctly)Everything works fine when playing from animate. Is there something I should do ?Should I try to compile the whole app into a desktop Air ? I'm sure you have something to help me (My clients are getting nervous with this Flash EOL story...)

I've recently run into this problem where every time I minimise my window for Adobe Animate, the window turns really small, and when I reopen it, it gives me this strange-looking workspaces meaning I o have to reset the workspace. Is there any way to fix this?

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right place but I've scoured the internet for days looking for a way to do this. I basically want to make a looping tunnel animation out of 2d photos where the images are the wall of the tunnel. I'm not sure what sofeware/s to use or approach to take. Plaese help.

I keep having trouble with the camera tool. Every time I try to test my video it doesn't show the animation thought the camera but shows the entire workspace. I've had this happen before and somehow got around it but it is giving me trouble again. It keeps giving me the same error report, /Applications/Adobe Animate CC 2018/Adobe Animate CC 2018.app/Contents/Common/Configuration/Camera/Flash/privatePkg/___Camera___.as, Line 450, Column 44 1046: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant: Matrix3D. When I click on that report it says "private function getMatrix2DFrom3D(mat3D:Matrix3D): Matrix." I am not even trying to export just trying to test it but it won't let me do either.

You shouldn't be able to see the stars since they're off stage but when I test the movie you can see them ...  Please help, I can't find anything on this issue. 

 Hello.  I created an animation in Animate 2021 and it works fine.  However, I exported it as a gif with Animate, and when I insert the gif into a different file, I get a black box around it.  I appreciate your time and resolution.   Note:  When I created the original animation, the stage was transparent.  

I draw hyper realism. That means at 2000% I draw a line at most 3cms long (most are much smaller). I fill in all the spots. Modify>shape is all greyed out for fills. I need at least 250 000 strokes to finish a piece of artwork. I am at maybe 4000. I am noticing incredible brush to eyedropper lag (I switch between the two constantly because i am drawing based on color palette. I feel adobe severely limits artists, making each switch from eyedropper to brush 4 to 5 seconds long between each stroke. I need a fix. 

I have Adobe Animate Version 21.0.2, and I've opened up a video I started yesterday. I could use the camera tool to make it move around yesterday, but today, I can't get the camera to zoom in and out, more or change focus. What do I do? And if it is working properly, where should I go to make it do what I want?

In the last five years or so, I've created about 85 Flash files for classroom course presentations.  Things are moving quickly around here and I'd like to find somebody to convert them to HTML 5 as time is not my friend right now.Most of them are easy click to "play next frame" stop at a frame, click to "play next frame" ... click to "rewind" animations.But there are four or five that are fairly complex.Anybody have any ideas?Thanks!

I'm trying to use the 3D rotation tool, but when I rotate a graphic and let go, all of sudden the graphic jerks one way or the other sometimes more than 45 degrees. There is no way to get the rotation how I want it to be. Is this a known bug? Is there a work around?

Hi There, please see the below image. Every time I click any of those menu items and try to click on anything, the menu will disappear and drop down a menu on the right size. This is mainly happening on my dual monitor. My display size is sitting at the recommended %100! And the resolution is set at 1920x1080.  Just to note, this issue only occurs when the program is being used on my dual monitor, when I drag it to my laptop monitor, the issue is resolved. I really really really need this app to work on my dual monitor since it's where I do most of my work. 

Probably has been said on here before but how do I make playback buttons? I have an animation that I made and I want to add a Play, Pause, and Stop. I know very little about action script. But, I have made the buttons so when the Mouse goes over on them they change but I don't know how to link them?  Would anyone have a URL I could watch to see how it is done on Animate CC 2021? Please help me solve this?  Thanks!

Hey everyone! I need to show my client an option where I am having text fade in via steam and I have tried a number of masking options to try and get this to work without luck. I have two layers with separate animations in each (set up as symbols, currently set a movie clip) one is steam and the other is a digital typeface (bitmap image). If I could get any masking to appear in my HTML5 i would be able to manipulate it for effect, but it doesnt matter whether I mask one to the other, use a movie clip or graphic, standard or motion tween, I can not get these two to mask together. Any thoughts or advice? Files attached... Thanks for the help in advance! Nick 

I have swf file that was created in illustrator. Previously when it needed editing I would then convert it to html with google swiffy. Now swiffy is gone. I'd like to find a way to do this with adobe animate, but it won't open swf files. So I tried creating a new html file in animate and importing the swf file. But I don't have the option to save as or export as an  html file, and I don't see a way to check if it even functions correctly in a browser. Hello!I wanted to work on my animation today, but when I opened the file, scene1 (with all my work in it) was deleted and replaced with an empty scene2 although the file was still 150mb. Fortunately I still had an older version and only lost about 5 seconds of animation. I also had an .SWF file with the last 5 seconds still in it. I put the last 5 seconds from the .SWF file in the older version as an .MP4, but when I saved the file under a different name, closed and reopened the "fixed" file, I got another error telling me it couldn't open the file.Is there something going on with Adobe Animate I should be aware of? Is there also a way I can recover an old save from Animate that still has scene1? I should also add, I'm currently working on a computer with Adobe Animate 2019 on it. The computer is quite old and the newest version isn't compatible with it.Kind regards, Iris

I am not new to Animate, but the update has changed a lot of things. Some of my animations require me to ignore the background and just take what I've drawn -- as a .PNG of sorts. This was not an issue in the previous versions, but even when I select to ignore the background and NOT open Media Encoder, the system does what it wants anyway -- it keeps the background with the animation and opens Media Encoder, which I DO NOT want.Is anyone else having these issues because this is going to set me back a week if they can't be resolved soon. Thanks in advance.

Hi guys,I'm trying to create an animation in Animate that has three button controls. I've gotten the pause and stop buttons to work but I cannot get the play button to work. I'm not even sure how I got the other two buttons to work. I am expected to add music to this animation in the next part of the assignment so I really need the play button to work. I'm attaching my code so you can see what's happening. I'm a complete noob so simple explantion is best for me otherwise it goes right over my head. Thank you so much for the help >.<
