Animate

Hi, I just got a Wacom Tablet (Model: One By Wacom) and I have the drivers installed... But how do I setup it up with animate so I can draw easily. To specify, the pen has two buttons for hot keys I think. But they don't seem to do anything yet. Any chances of anybody knowing how to setup hot keys?

Hey, so i'm finnally getting the hang of drawing with my adove animate cc 2021 package. One problem that I seem to be running into though is that after I use the pencil to draw my lines, then use "combine objects>union" I'm able to fill the spaces of my linework with the fill bucket. HOWEVER, sometimes, no matter how many lines I put down or how sure I am that they are connected, the fill bucket crosses these lines and fills way more than I wanted it to. I usually fix this problem by using the "convert lines to fill tool" which usually gives me better results. yet sometimes when i use "convert lines to fill" It Erases several of the lines that the painbucket was ignoring too. This leaves me with a big chuck of linework just deleted for some reason. What Is happening here?

Hi, I am uploading an animation video on my site (hardsk.com). But there is a problem, video is lounging without effects. Is there an issue with my site or video?

Hi everyone, I need to install a previous version of adobe animate. Specifically the 20.0.1 version. Currently (2021-01-11) the most "previous version" are (21.0) and (20.5.1).Sadly I can't use another version for the work I'm doing. Any help would be VERY appreciated.  

Hello!  I've created a project for work using the 360 VR option in Animate, with some interactive pieces.  I have searched everywhere on the internet but have found absolutely no help in publishing the VR experience.  Our site runs on Wix.  Is anyone aware of a way that  I can either upload the file directly to the Wix site, or post to Youtube or another platform and then embed it to the Wix site? I really wish that Adobe would provide more information on the new VR capabilities.

Hey, so Ive recently reinstalled my version of adobe animate lately for noticing alot of things happening that shouldn't be. I am still getting errors though. I noticed that some little hairs i drew with the classic brush tool did this at some point i (not sure when) Its kind of like when a pic gets corrupted and it looks like someone took sandpaper to it. 

hello,I'm teaching adobe animate and thought my students how to export html files. I want to open the files at my computer to show the class but if i move the files from where they where exported the file would become blank. how can i mode thier exports into my computer without ruining the files?

Hi everyone,  1st time posting here. I'm having trouble with a symbol. It is NOT a movie clip. I made it as a graphic for sure. It animates fine in it's own symbol timline and even in the little preview in the Library tab on the right. But when I add it to the main timeline it does nothing. It does no animte in the Test Movie function or on export. I've tried deleting and redoing from scratch... same behavior. I'm no expert on Animate by any means and am just stumped. The last thing I want to do is animate frame-by-frame on the main timeline. ugh. Thanks Jay

I have created 4 types of MovieClips objects.How can I create (name) intances for every type of these objects to be shown on the scene? (every type can appear more than twice)

I have a few students that are following the download and install directions given by our IT dept but they keep getting a button to click on for a download link. All they get is another email for a download link. Anyone know of a fix for this?Thanks

Hello,I am having a problem with the menu when using Animate on my Acer T232HL touch screen monitor when I am using my mouse or pen tool.  Note: I do not have a problem using these devices on the monitor with Photoshop 21.2.4 or 22.1,  Illustrator 24.1.2, InDesign 15.1.2 or 16.0.1, Dreamweaver 21, or Media Encoder 14.7. When I click <File> or <Edit> the menu appears but when I try to select anything the <Control> menu pops up.When I click <View> the menu appears but when I try to select anything the <Debug> menu pops up.When I click <Insert> or <Modify> the menu appears but when I try to select anything the <Window> menu pops up.When I click <Text> the menu appears but when I try to select anything the <Help> menu pops up.When I click <Commands>, <Control>, <Debug>, <Window> or <Help> the menu appears and I can select items.The menu works if I use a finger touch.The mouse and pen wo

Hello! You may think my question is stupid, but I'm new to this program. In fact, I need an animation just to insert it into the site (Transitions, animated buttons, animated sliders).And I need the most smooth animation. Using the keys in the timeline - I can not make a smooth animation. Maybe there are some special tools in Adobe Animat that simplify the work with the smoothness of the animation?And please, if it's not difficult for you and have time, can you recommend courses on Adobe Animat? Even those for which it is necessary to pay?

Any tween, in preview or export (quicktime or others) comes out super choppy/blurry... i wote function in frame 2 the gotoAndPlay (3)when i returen from frame 3 to frame 2 goandPlay(2)and run function. the function run twies.do you know why or this is abug?   

In the new version 21 you cannot select a single frame. Rather than selecting one single frame it selects mulitmule frames. I had to go back to 20.5 in order to do this. 

So animate works fine when I'm using any other tool. It's only when I go to use the artistic brushes in the brush library that I have issues. I can draw maybe 3 or 4 lines using one of these textured brushes and animate gets bogged down incredibly bad and animate is virtually unusable at this point. I want to be able to use these brushes to give everything more depth but it won't let me. I'm using a MacBook Pro mid 2015 model with a 2.8 GHz quad core i7, 16gb of ram, and an AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2gb graphics card. Animate's version is 21.0.1. Please help!!! Thanks!

Does Adobe animate have a grain effect/filter I can add to drop shadows, what would be the best workaround to achieve this? Thanks

I have a completed animation that I'm trying to export as an mp4, and every time, several objects appear semi-transparent or darker like there's an alpha or brightness effect applied to the object when there isn't. Every time I export the video, it's the same objects that have this problem and nothing I do seems to help. I've tried actually applying alpha and brightness effects to the objects and just setting the values to 0, but this doesn't help either. The objects appear normal on the timeline, this only happens when I test or export the video. I've also tried exporting the video as a different file type than mp4, but the problem is still there. Does anyone know what's causing this? I'm using the 2020 version of Animate.

I have converted my .swf file to mp4. It works well. The html wrapper code is still pointing to FLASH references. Where could I find specification for xml data when i use copy motion as xml? Is there any specification for motion object + jsfl? Is possible read/change motion object from jsfl (by read animation xml?) Thanks for help.

Hi, I'm trying to delete items from a keyframe. When I click Delete or Backspace, the item disappears, but a new keyframe is created. Is this a glitch?
