I have 17 layers of different parts of this character's body under one folder. They're all parented. I want to add keyframe/insert tween but if I do so, every other layers will disappear. Plus, I moved the playhead to 30 (1s) and tried to make some changes with the wrap tool (W) there, but the playhead would move back to 0s. Please help me explain. Thank you so much.
HII cant get my head around this problem; when im exporting my animations from Animate i want 25fps and when i open them in Quicktime and try to walk frame by frame i can only see 12 drawings per second..?? I know the file s in 25fps from the inspector, and i have tried both in premiere and after effects and there framerate is the right one. I guess this question is more related to quicktime..What I need is a tool where a can go easily from one frame to the next to analyse the animation in detail, when i have the mp4. without opening the .fla.. best regards,Frida
Hi Community, I designed the interactive infographic on that page: https://www.elisabethdeim.com/infografik-illustration-die-welt-der-insekten Unfortunately, "Make responsive" didn't work. Whatever settings I used (except stretch to screen), the image ended up shrinked to the screen height. I think, the Animate-script doesn't work with such long images. That's why I finally exported it with "make responsive" unticked, because it was the only way to get it unscaled, and tried to find a css/html solution to make it responsive. If I change the width of the browser window or view it on my phone, the infographic doesnt change in width, it goes above the page dimensions. My goal is it, that the infographic fits into the page design like the text and the other images and is as responsive as these. It works in preview in Chrome Development Tools. Hi guys back again already. So I have a button, fire16, controlling the frames of another movieClip on the timeLine, instance named score, which is simply 0-1-2-3-4-5 dots over 6 frames to show the score. this.fire16.addEventListener("click", fireSweet.bind(this));function fireSweet(){var TP = this.score.timeline.position++;this.score.gotoAndPlay(TP);}Well this code works well for first click, goes from frame 0 to frame 1 every time but after that it almost seems to go off random each new click. Any help would be much appreciated!
A quick rundown of the issue im having and my goal: I'm trying to build an interactive animation scene, where there's objects on the stage I want the user to be able to interact with certain objects and have them change the room a bit as they do. Their goal is to wake up the stickman in the bed. I'm running into a problem getting the animation to play correctly. I made the blanket on the bed a button, assigned an Up and Over state, and placed a movie clip in the Down state. When tested however, I have to hold the mouse button to get the animation to play, and once you release the mouse button, the the blanket returns to the bed as if untouched. I just want the blanket to stay off stage after the animation runs, and need the animation to play off of a click not a hold. This is for a school assignment due sunday so any help or brainstorming is appreciated ❤️
As you can see in the library, number 49.png is missing and the next picture is 50.png and its there. This seems to happen sometimes. I usually have to reload all of my sprites and make a name the second one thge name with a 2 aftr the name. Then I add the first one into the second one so I dont have lots of the same thing named. Is there any reason this keeps happening?

Hello, I need help because when in Adobe Animate I want to fill some parts with the paint bucket it doesn't let me but other parts do, for example the background doesn't let me fill it and some parts of the drawing don't let me fill it either
I am unable to import mp3 files of any kind in Flash CS6. Tried import to stage, import to library, Drag and Drop... no dice. Receiving a generic error message. Tried closing out and restarting,etc. - still not working.Anyone else having this issue?
Hi everyone,I'm new to Adobe Animate and I'm making a stickman movie project, and I have gotten this error with a button.I've checked the script and the button's instance names all match up but the error keeps showing up.I tried turning off advanced layers and it works but I need the advanced layers for camera.Can anyone please help?

Hello, I have no idea if this is a feature or how even to go about this. I have a tweened head on one layer that moves from side to side. I have my mouth shapes for lip sync already drawn, but I can't find a way to have them follow the tween of the head without manually moving them frame by frame and hoping they stay in the same spot on the face. Is it possible to tween one mouth shape (ie. closed mouth) and somehow imput keyframes inside the tween that allows the mouth drawing to change, but the tween to follow its path? I also know theres an auto lip sync feature I've never used- is it possible to somehow tween one of these lip syncs and still have the mouth shapes change while continuing on their path? I am seriously lost as to how to impliment this practically. I appreciate any help ^^

Sometime when you drag multiple section each with different colors fills(gradient or pure color) simultaneously,One of the section will turn into pure black( it's black not other color maybe because I use pure black fill to draw line contours?)I try to cut the block and move the rest first, then paste the block and move it, but it will still turn black or even vanish .But this situation is not frequently occurs, it seems totally random to me.Is it a glitch or with a reasonable cause, because it's really annoying and inconvenient.I believe this problem has been discussed before, but I don't know what key word should I use to search it.If this is well discuss somewhere else, can anyone provide me a link to the article? thank you.

Hi guys, haven't used flash for many years but drawn back in lately with animate. So, may I ask 2 questions please?1) So in a movie clip, I have a nested movie clip. From this inner clip, using code on a keyFrame, can I target objects in the parent movie above me? Specifically I want to change visibllity of a object up there.2) I have a variable, X, that counts up or down depending on which button is pressed. I would like to be able to see the variable for troubleshooting. Can I create a text field that displays X when I test the page in a browser?Thanks for any help, I'm shocked at how hard it is to find info on java in animate 😕😕
hi, i have a problem where i already set the brightness for selected object for -73 so that when it moves to other side, it will remain in -73, but after the second frame, it changes brightness and when it reaches the destination, it turned -73.How do I go about this? your help helped me a lot

First time posting here. I've searched for other answers to this topic but haven't found anythign that helps. I have a fairly simply interactive video, and sometimes it runs perfectly well and does everything fine, but other times it freezes at this same moment (frame 450, or really frame 449 since it is html5 canvas). The movie clip on the stage is still playing, and the music is still looping in the background, but the video isn't progressing. There are some buttons that take you through the video on different pathways, and it seems that if you press more of them before this moment then the video is more likely to freeze, but it also sometimes freezes here even if you press the minimum number of buttons. Whichever path you take through the video, you get to this moment by clicking a button with a 'gotoandPlay' action attached that takes you to frame 449, and then there is no active code on that frame, but for some reason it often just freezes there. im not really seeing any options to do so. Anyone got an idea how to grab audio DIRECTLY from the library?The only option i have is using external software to record my audio. But i wanna be loyal to adobe animate so.. is there a way? (image is my pov)

Hi Everyone. I have a question that I hopefully can find clarity on. I must grab information from an internal server to show dynamic data using HTML5 Canvas. I am using AS 3.0, which we will have to terminate at some point, but it works perfectly. My issue is moving the dynamic data accessed with internal servers using Animate HTML Canvas. Specifically, I have an issue exporting the animation with HTML Canvas while accessing the dynamic data coded inside Animate. If I hardcode the data, I don't have a problem. However, I am trying to do it so that the dynamic data code I put in Animate exports the dynamic data called. I hope doing it this way decreases the need to code outside Animate. Has anyone experienced this? And is this even possible? If it is possible, how do I do it?
