Animate

Hey,I created Banner Ads for a client. The workflow was creating them first in Illustrator and importing the files into Animate. Exact same specifications. Now I exported them and the html is super crispy on my MacBook Screen. But on the clients screen (I am sure their monitors have no high resolution) the fonts in general and the font in the Logo (wich is a png file) seem to be pixelated. I already set the Publishing-settings to the highest standart. What could be the issue here. The client sent us his test-link and commented, that it's still bad. However if I open the link, it looks perfectly fine.Is it just a resolution related problem? Please help 

I am animating the lip syncing for a character. When I go to the properties of the audio layer, the sync is set to Event; no problem. But when it's set to Stream, there is a brief moment of lag as soon as the playback reaches the moment the character begins speaking. I've been animating this while in Stream mode so that I can scrub through the timeline while hearing the audio--makes lip syncing easier. When I press play, there's a brief moment of lag when it reaches the speaking part, but the audio and animation are synced perfectly (Still in stream mode). But when I change the sync mode back to Event, the animation is not aligned with the audio, because I have been animating it in Stream mode which is laggy in the first place. Does that make sense?Is there a way to get rid of this lag?Thank you.

Hey everyone,My animate started to force stop and close when importing anything into the program. I have spent many hours on the customer service chat and take over and it still isn't fixed. Has anyone else had this happen? I was able to import to stage my ps file in all of the different layers and now when I try it closes the program and sends a message. It has now been almost four weeks and this program isn't working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted the computer at multiple stages. This happens on both laptops and the surface pro I have. Any ideas on how to get it working again? Thanks for the help! 

Hello everybody! I notice that my Adobe Animate app on my computer has a problem with the files. I export it from Media Encoder, and whien I go to my editing apps and press "Import Files", whenever I try to open the files I rendered from Animate to Media Encoder, it will say "File not found" and "File Name Invalid". How do I fix this? It's only been doing this recently, and it never did this before. Thanks & tell me what to do to fix it if you know! 

For some reason, my audio file caused an error while I was trying to put the file. I am vey sure I did what was right on the videos but this happened 

Hi I am animating a character that has symbols for a leg and a foot. The foot symbol is in the correct spot for 2 keyframes when I tween the keyframes, the foot is not where I want it to be. What's the best way to work around/avoid this issue? If it makes a difference I am using the EDAPT plugin. Here is a video showing the issue. Everything was working fine, then suddenly when I try to export a video/media file to Media Encoder, the Encoder app launches, but doesn't receive the file from Animate. I'm exporting as H.264, but I've also tried as an MOV and MPEG4.I tried to export directly to the desktop as an MOV file without using Media Encoder, but when I try to open it, I get a INCOMPATABLE WITH QUICKTIME message. Premeiere is also unable to open the file.The only answers I saw about this on this forum was someone saying that theirs magically started working again.  Currently running:Animate 23.01Media Enconder 23.1 (build 81)MacBook Pro OS Monterey 12.6.3 Thanks, John 

I'm using a code block to insert the HTML with the following Publish settings: Center stage horizontally, Make responsive by width, no Scale to visible area, and using Spritesheets. These settings have worked best after considerable experimentation. Initially, I encountered an issue with unwanted extra space from the code block, which I managed to resolve using this code: html.squarespace-damask .sqs-blockStatus, .sqs-block .removed-script { display: none !important; }However, I still face challenges with responsiveness. When the page is resized, the canvas doesn't behave responsively. If I make the screen wider, excess space appears at the bottom. Conversely, when the screen is smaller, the next project arrows move too high and end up underneath the canvas. To avoid this, I've been leaving extra space at the bottom, but this solution looks awkward.   How can I make my Adobe Animate project truly responsive on Squarespace?

When I try to use adobe animate my cursor keeps flashing the blue loading circle and when I try to click anything it automatically closes.

Either let us use media encoder to change mp4s to FLV files or just let us import mp4 files into the project and have them actually play in the timeline in Adobe Animate. From what I can tell, this issue is not new and I'm not sure why it's never been fixed.

Whenever I make a symbol, the thing I make the symbol of dissapears and the scene turns with inside the symbol. Idk what I did or how to fix it. 

HiI imported an svg file into Animate CC and after animating it, exported it as animated gif. so for some reason alot of my library sprites have turned white and placing them on the stage doesnt help. Its weird because my grouped sprites, some are there and some arent.

For example, I put two panels in the extension, namely my1.0, my2.0,I want to use the jsfl command to directly open the my1.0 or my2.0 panel. Can jsfl do this?Because I found that this panel name appeared in the shortcut key settings, and it can be opened directly after setting the shortcut key.This use comes from when I have multiple panels, I can close them all and keep only one panel, and call jsfl to open whichever one I want.

Damn, STILL an issue, 4 years later? UGH... I'm trying to import from RGB Illustrator doc with layers set for all the parts of my animation. All the color dies when it comes in.... this is illustrator (v24.2.3):And this is what it looks like in Animate (v20.5.1)... flat, washed out. Sigh. I noticed my original Illustrator document was made as a "Print" document. Even after switching to RGB color space, my default swatches were described in CMYK. I made a NEW RGB Illustrator doc as "Art & Illustration" and default swatches were RGB. Import to Animate and it still converts to flat colors.  I did copy / paste from Illustrator to Animate. Same flat colors. Left is paste Illustrator file / Right is paste with conversion to bitmap. Same exact "copy" with 2 options on "paste". This makes me sad. Copy / pasted a few layers to Photoshop, saved out as PNG files. Looks right in PSD, still makes flat color on import to Animate.   The only way the color stays

So I followed every instruction right and for some reason the sprite sheets arent showing any previews of itself and when it does manage to show a preview, none of my sprites are there and its just transparent. It says "Selected symbol is not in the sprite sheet" and yet for other projects it is working fine. (Screenshots ahead)

But I would add it if you wish.) Ich versuche seit kurzem mich in Animate einzuarbeiten. Auch weil der Chef für die Zukunft weitere Animationen erzeugen möchte.Dank euch konnte ich die erste einfache Animation mit Riggen bewerkstelligen. Ich möchte nun aber sauberer und professioneller Arbeiten und bin dran, unser Maskottchen in verschiedenen Ebenen einzuteilen für die Animation. Aber schon daran scheitert es, da unser Maskottchen... alles andere als anatomisch korrekte Glieder hat. Besonders bei den Beinen habe ich extreme Probleme, einen Weg zu finden, wie ich es neu und sinnvoller für die Animation illustrieren kann. Da es sehr dicke unanatomische O-Beine hat. Ich habe versucht, es mit den Kreisen zu machen, die ich in diversen Tutorials gesehen habe. Aber für unseren Hasen scheint das nicht gut zu funktionieren. Ich habe mit Riggen zwar einig
