Bridge

I am having an issue converting my files from the the EOS R Canon cameras to DNG.( I have 2 cameras and the issue is both of them) When I download I select convert to DNG and it says at the end of the downloading that the conversion wasn't successful. It only happens from the EOS R camera not from the 5D mark 4 . When I open the program again all the settings go back to default. It doesn't save the locations I want for downloading the pictures and it doesn't remember the creator or anything else it's as if I reintstalled it. I have 2 computers and it is tha same problem with both of them and in all versions including the old  ones. 

Hello. When viewing a RAW file in Bridge is it possible to view the Grid while at the same time using the Crop tool? When I'm cropping an image and hit Shift+G (for PC) the Grid will appear but automatically removes the ability to crop; it exits the Crop tool. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you.

Since yesterday Camera Raw it´s not working on Bridge 2020. Does anybody with the same problem, any suggestions to fix it? Thanks¡

Updated today ,10/20, and it is unusable! It was very slow uploading my latest images from camera via Bridge Photo Uploader, and I can not open them up into ACR! Also, there is no metadate shown, and when I went back into older folders, vertical images were sideways, and w/0 metatdata!

The prior version of Bridge and now v 11.0.0.83 have started opening automatically at startup. Bridge doesn't appear in the windows startup menu and Start Bridge at Login is NOT chacked under Bridge preferences. Where else is there an option to prevent it starting until I want it? Running updated Windows 10 and now PS 2021.

A couple of questions:-Is it possible to view Bridge with Divider Tabs like in the old version? I feel like I have to scroll forever to get to what I need.-Why can't I do "batch mode actions" anymore? Everytime I go to "Tools> Photoshop> Batch", it takes me to photoshop but nothing happens. 

In Adobe Bridge CC, I use the ESSENTIALS workspace enabling me to see labels and star ratings under each thumbnail. Suddenly labels and star ratings do not show under the thumbnails, nor does the FlLTER option appear on the bottom left hand pane alongside COLLECTIONS and EXPORT. If I  switch the workspace to FILMSTRIP, Filter reappears and labels and star ratings show under thumbnails Can anyone assist me rectify the situation using Essentials.Thanks,Basil 

I have scanned over 1000 slides and some have black borders. I can fix that easily in Bridge, but I can't see the border because there is black behind each thumbnail. Is there a way to change that so can easily pick them out?

Is there any way to do htis?

I have observed a general problem in Adobe Bridge.I have a Notebook PC, ASUS UX530U, with Windows 10.In special cases, images are deleted on the SD card. It is very unfortunate because often it is irreplaceable images.I'm aware that my way of shutting down the computer is not good in that case. Can Bridge be programmed so that it does not delete the images.I have found out how it happens:1. I have the SD card in the card reader on my PC and have Bridge open in which I see the pictures that are on the SD card.2. I have to take new pictures. I close my notebook while Bridge is open and the SD card is still in. After closing my PC, I remove the SD card and put it in my camera.3. I take my pictures and can see on the camera that the pictures are on the SD card.4. I remove the SD card from my camera and insert it into the card reader on the PC.5. Then I open the PC and it starts up as expected, namely with Bridge as when I closed it. The SD card shows the previous images, but not the new on

Hello. I've just upgraded to Bridge 2020 but I'm struggling to batch edit my raw files! I've adjusted one and highlighted all but can't find how to synchronise them all! If anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it! 

 Please help! While using Bridge this message comes up randomly and I have to force the quite program. I have uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled. Still get the error. driving me crazy cause I can't get my work done!Thanks, Kim  

I have been moving image files to an external hard drive and burning to discs (to free up space and have backups) but now the program freezes up every time I open it.  I can't even click on folders to move them.  I've tried purging the Cache, but it doesn't seem like anything is happening after I click on it.  (I have my original disc but, I know, it's time to update to a supported product.)  Right now, I just need to know how to access my photos!  Any help is much appreciated.

Hi! After using Image Capture to load photos onto Bridge, I'm unable to locate them, even when using the search tool in the 'finder' folder. My files normally show up in 'IMG_' format, but these ones are showing as an "_MG' file name. In Image Capture, it shows that all files have been imported, but not even finder is able to lcoate where they're at. Please help. Thank you in advanced! (If it helps, I'm shooting with a Canon 5D MIII, and loading onto a mac.) Take care,Katie

Bridge 2020, MAC OS Catalina, Epson scanner connected via USB. On selecting 'Import from Device' no 'devices' or 'shared' are shown even though the scanner is turned on, connected and works to other applications

I'm dragging and dropping photos from Bridge into an InDesign document. Is there any way to mark these photos so that I know which ones I have used already in my document? It's a 60+ page book and it would be really helpful if there were a way to do this. Thanks very much! 

I have loaded an ICC profile in the color/settings folder on my Mac. I can view it in show saved color settings files but I cant seem to load it into Bridge so I can synchronise my other programs to this profile. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

So I just batch downloaded a bunch of photos from my Facebook account. Unfortunately the upload date doesn't come with them, so I'm trying to edit the date metadata so that Google Photos / Apple Photos will organize them correctly chronologically. But when I try getting opening the info panel on a file, (as shown in picture #1), the creation date shows as blank, and I can't click to edit it. When I try double clicking the creation date or the modification date in the metadata panel, (as shown in picture #2) it pulls up a "This property cannot be modified" error message. This also happens to all the other photos I've tried in different file locations. Any ideas as to why this might be happening? I am running Bridge CC 2019 on a Macbook Pro with macOS Mojave 10.14.1. 

I got the photography plan and can't install Bridge on my PC (Windows 10).  Any advice?  Thanks. 

I have Adobe Bridge 10.1.1.166, and I notice that the thumbnails of the images processed in Camera Raw lack the corresponding icon in Bridge. How to solve it?

The new version of Bridge 10.1.1.166 is extremely buggy and I hope this will be scene by adobe to fix it.  It takes up a lot of my memory, and is very slow and I have a brand new Mac with 64 GB internal memory and all the upgrades.  My thumbnails take for ever to render, and if I try to rename photos while in Bridge, I cannot tab across the photos.  If I try, it says there is already a photo named that and there is not, and it messes up completely. I've tried to get used to the LR feel to Bridge now, but please fix these bugs.
