Windows 11 23H2 (I9 CPU and Nvidia RTX A4500 GPU)Adobe Bridge 14.0.1.137 Playing a slideshow fails to work correctly (halts completely on the third image) in the following circumstances:The selected images are from a collection (smart or not)Images are selected by choosing a higher level folder and using View>Show Items from Subfolders This is not dependent upon the file type - tested with JPEG, DNG and TIFF nor the number of images.Slide duration, Caption, type of fill (Centred, Scaled to Fit, Scaled to Fill) Transition Options and Transition Speed do not seem to affect this issue for better or worse. Note that there is no problem with the slideshow displaying correctly when the images are from a single folder, regardless of the number of images in that folder or their type.
I'm constantly waiting while Bridge is spinning. This even happens for simple tasks like assigning a star rating to a photo. I used CS6 for years and never had any of these problems. Can I please go back! It also just deleted a bunch of my keywords from the list. How can this program have gotten so awful? I don't see any improvements over my old version, only problems.
Filter File type shows blank for DNG. All other file types are listed like JPG, PNG. Latest Windows 11Latest Bridge 14.1.something
With the past iterative versions of Adobe Bridge, rendering with images has become slightly fuzzy. Have not noticed this on other JPEG viewers with my Mac. Love the way Adobe bridge can render things fast, but it is so fuzzy. It makes me wonder about the quality of my images until I use other programs and see there are no issues. Have attempted numerous times to clear the cache as well as use hardware or software renderings. Nothing seems to change. Other programs seem to have no issues.
When using masks in ACR from LrC, an errant 'Show overlay (auto)' checkbox appears on top of the tools panel. While scrolling the panels can sometimes hide this, it may prevent access siders. This effect also occurs with PS Smart Objects with an ACR Filter layer.
In previous versions of Bridge, right-clicking an item shows a list of commands including "Reveal in Finder" (or Windows Explorer). That command is still there but, instead of revealing the item, it opens it - if the item is a folder it opens the folder in the Finder, rather than revealing it, so you are then required to navigate back one layer of the folder heirarchy to actually see the folder. If the item is an executable file (e.g. an application), it opens the application, rather than revealing its location, as the command indicates. This is not only misleading, but very annoying and makes the command useless. The previous behaviour (of showing the item's location) should be reinstated.
The workspace Light Table is translated to Lett tabell in the Norwegian version. This is plain wrong, this is why.Lett tabell is in Norwegian a light (not heavy), tabell (as in Excel table)The correct translation is: LysbordLys = light emitted from a light source (it also means light, not dark)bord= table to put things on.Also, in Norwegian, words like this are written in one word, not divided into two words.
when i check the box to constrain crop it no longer does anything and i have to manually crop the image every time i transform the geometry
Version 14.1.0.257Issues with Zoom during Preview screenMacBook Pro - Sonoma 14.5 - M3 MAX - 36GB Expected zoom to show the close up of the area that I have selected. Actual results in zoom window shows about a quarter of the selected area, with the rest of the pixels stretched to the edge of the zoom window. Tried to uninstall/reinstall Bridge but it does not fix the issue.
When I try to edit Camera Raw (v. 16.3.0) preferences from Bridge (v, 14.1.0) it does not recognise GPU in Performance. Works well from Photoshop (v.25.9.0, GPU is recognized). Please fix.
since the last 2 updates, ACR will crash if you use the crop tool, everytime.
There seems to be an unnecessary waste of space on the Metadata Panel as per attached image shown in red. This screenshot is how I have my Bridge set up and there is more wasted space in the Metadata Panel than there is space to enter the data. Please remove the wasted space or allow a scroll bar on the bottom of the panel to allow data more room than the side of the panel.
After initial upload to computer it takes Bridge more than an hour to create all initial thumbnails; while doing so bridge pretty much hangs while processor is used for only 5%This in unworkable; especially when you have a deadline to quick hand-in an early selection of that day's photo's for immediate publication. Using latest Windows 11 Pro system on fast hardware.Bridge working folder plus thumbnail cache configured on separate fast SSD NMVe drives (to no avail). Bridge software rendering on or off makes no difference. Different preview option does not make a difference either (like embedded vs. standard, etc.)Please fix this being able to use more processor power and/or use Nvidia GPU graphic card(s)
Bridge 14.0.4.222, Camera Raw 16.2.1, macOS 14.4.1I open a Sony a6700 RAW FIle and use AI Denoise. The generated DNG Image has big white rectangles on it, sometimes with RGB-Patterns in it, sometimes lightly transparent or with a purple hue. When i view the image with macOS Preview, everything is fine, no rectangles, but when i open it with Bridge or Photoshop, there are those rectangles...I expect a denoised image, not one with those rectangles.
Bridge 2024 ver 14.0.4.222. When I use File Info to add info to images, upon closing File Info, my list of Keywords automatically scrolls to the very last Keyword in the list thus necessitating scrolling back up the list to the set of Keywords I was was working with. Really annoying.
The later versions of Bridge keeps regenerating thumbnails every time the Bridge app window gets into focus. It has been like this for a while (used to be OK, not quite sure when this error was introduced). I have been hoping this would be fixed, but no luck so far. Here is a repeatable sequence that will show this problem:1) Select a smart collection in Bridge (workspace Filmstrip used)In my case the collection targets a folder with 13 sub-folders (looking for files with one or more stars) holding the following file types: .acr: 6 files .CR2: 6274 files .dng: 400 files .psd: 2415 files .xmp: 6274 files TOTAL: 15369 files2) Wait until things stabilize (no more activity generated by Bridge)3) Place any (other) program window on top of the Bridge window4) Observe that Bridge is still quiet5) Remove (like minimize) the window now on top so that the Bridge window is fully exposed6) Observe that Bridge now restarts generating thumbnails7) The generation goes on for a while and co

After recent updates, I've noticed extremely high RAM usage while using Camera Raw to edit photos on Bridge while using my MacBook Pro M1. Even if I'm only opening a few photos (under 1GB total file size), it'll quickly max out my RAM and use the swap file, and the app specific RAM usage typically goes above 15GB. This also causes the entire program to crash. I have not noticed this issue while using my older Intel MacBook Pro.I'm using a MacBook Pro 13 M1 with 16gb RAM running MacOS 14.3. I'm on the latest version of Bridge and Camera Raw (Bridge 14.0.3 and Camera Raw 16.2.1). In the screenshot I've uploaded, I only have 10 images open on Camera Raw. The total file size of these images is under 300MB, but the RAM usage for Bridge/Camera Raw is over 9GB. The RAM usage typically starts at around 4GB once I open the photos, and it increases immediately after I start editing any photos.
ASUS Zenbook Duo 2024 with Intel Arc Graphics. I have been using the latest Bridge with ACR 16.2, its been working fine, I just opened a photo in ACR and see that error in the screenshot. I uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop and Bridge and the error is gone. Please advise is there is a quicker fix that a reinstall whenever this error occurs.

Hello,I use a cloud program called Kdrive, from Infomaniak swiss company, and I have a problem, when I try to open the folder Kdrive, Bridge crashes, when I have no problem with other folders on my MacBook. I sent a message to Infomaniak Kdrive developers, and they invite me to allow access for their application, and all is good. Can you help me for this ?
