Bridge

I just switched over from PHOTO MECHANIC - And it does this cool file sort feature when you look at your camera card, it shows you RAW and JPG with the same file name as one... which makes selecting your finals quicker. I can't figure out how to do this in Adobe Bridge 2020.Can anyone tell me how this is done please?I found a 'Auto Stack' selection under 'Stacks' but it just crashes my Mac without doing anything lol. Any help most appreciated thankyou.

Hi, I am using the magnifying glass to view if my photos are sharp or not. But it zooms in way to much, like in Lightroom I always use 50%. In Bridge it is 100%. Is there a way to make it 50% zoom? The only thing I can find to change is that I can zoom in even more... Just to look at pixels. Thanks

This has been happening annoying a lot. I am unable to switch to the Adobe Bridge window/program—either by alt+tabbing o rmanually selecting the app icon in the application bar. I have to go through hoops to show the app window, sometimes having to restart the app. This only happens to Bridge when Dreamweaver is open. I close Dreamweaver and swithching to Bridge from any other program is a breeze.

Seems to open in the background but can't get to it.I've reinstalled 3 times, reset preferences, cleaed the cashe, restarted my iMac but opens (shows in the Dock) but cannot see or use. Oh.... everything up to date and updated in creative cloud too! Any ideas anyone please? Thanks 

Bridge is moving associated files (RAW and JPEG) together, even if only one is selected for moving. Is there a work around, please?Bridge version 15.1.0.635Apple M4 Pro running Sequoia 15.5

Hi. As of this morning, if I right click an image file in Bridge the default "Open with" is now Lightroom (pls see attached). I want the "Open with" default to be Photoshop like it always has been for many years. (I don't know why this changed to Lightroom). Can someone please advise how to do this? Thanks -

Hallo, ich habe das gleiche Problem wie einige andere hier auch.Es erscheint eine Fehlermeldung in der Bridge, sobald ich die RAW-Entwicklung anklicke. Da heisst es dann: Camera Raw-Bearbeitung nicht aktiviert. Camera Raw-Bearbeitung nur möglich, wenn ein berechtigtes Produkt zuvor lizensiert wurde.Was bitte soll der Blödsinn plötzlich???Mit dem "aus der Creativ Cloud abmelden und wieder anmelden" habe ich es bereits versucht. Das hilft gar nix! Im Paket ist die Bridge mit dem RAW Entwickler inkludiert und somit bei mir auch sehrwohl lizensiert! Bei meinen installierten Applikationen wird Camera-RAW auch angezeigt, allerdings fehlt der Button "öffnen" daneben. Das war auch bisher nicht wichtig, weil man die RAW-Entwicklung ja über die Bridge machte. Was ist hier los? Wie ist dieses Problem zu beheben? Eine schnelle Lösung muss her, denn die Bridge ist essentiell !!!

I can't open Adobe Camera Raw from Bridge even though I have a valid Lightroom Classic subscription, which is stated to be acceptable to be able to use Camera Raw. I have the Lightroom Plan with 1TB which includes Lightroom CC and Lightroom Classic. Upon attempting to open Camera Raw through Bridge, I am greeted with this message:"Camera Raw editing requires that a qualifying product has been licensed" I have tried reopening LrC and Bridge to no avail. I am aware that LrC uses the same engine as ACR and has the same functionality. I want to open ACR specifically. Please advise.

When opening a new collection in Bridge and I try to export before all previews are generated, export stalls and I have to force restart to close bridge.If I wait for all of the preivews to be generated (which is not practical when thousands of images are in a folder) then export seems to work fine.I've purged the cache and reset the preferences. Using the Adobe Custom Metadata extension, you can't copy or paste text from fields like a bag or single text. You can select the text in the relevant field, but copy/paste acts on the selected image(s) instead. This causes the user to duplicate images instead of trying to copy a metadata value from one image to others. The bug massively reduces the usefulness of using the panel in conjunction with AEM or for any QA workflows. Does anyone have a workaround/fix for this?

Hello, I upgraded from Sonoma 14 to Sequioa 15 this weekend and since then Bridge Downloader does not see my camera (Fuji XPR 2), so I cannot upload images from my camers to my iiMac. I found a solution with help of Fuji to install new firmware on my Fuji Xpro 2, so no I can import images via Image Capture (in Dutch: Fotolader), an app that is included as standard on mu Mac. But still: why can Bridge not see my camera en can it not be used to import images? 

I am on a PC running Windows 11 with the latest updates.  My Adobe Creative Cloud is also updated.  Have not had issues with Bridge before but updated to 15.10 a couple days ago and since then Bridge will not work, the program opens and looks like it will work but it won't load any images and if I click anywhere on the Bridge window the window turns gray and (Not Responding) displays at the top left.  It will stay in this state perpetually.

So, I just jumped on the 15 Bandwagon. It's blazingly fast to load, scrolling is basically  "I Cant Belive This Is Adobe" and suuuper smooth, the rendering is just instant. Until its not. Suddenly, while scrolling or tagging og chaging folder or anything Bridge becomes completelu unpresponsive and the whole screen glosses over. I have tried waitng. This is not the old "after a few minutes everything hangs for a bit and then works fine after a whole". I havbe tried waiting and opening other programs, closing other programs, minimizing, maximizing etc etc. I have to force close. Now I have been avoiding 2024 version and I was still using 2023 (which is slow, but works).  So whats up?

Trying to find my way around Bridge after a few years' break.The problem I have is with keywords.I have a great number of keywords popping up, that are not persistent.If I already have that word as a Sub Keyword, what do I do if the non-persistent (an irrelevant term if ever there was one) is checked.I've deleted so many keywords and they persistently rear their ugly heads again, completely clogging the Keyword panel.Please share the secret of removing keywords which are in italics - when that keyword exists as a sub-keyword to a keyword.

I have been using adobe camera raw as my primary image preview option, but once again, I'm trying to see if Bridge review mode can be more functional for me.  I'm finding it more helpful than I did at first but want to see if there's anything I can do to make it even more efficient for me. The primary stumbling block for me is seeing the images at an appropriate resolution. A majority of my photography is quite close-up macro, often an extreme macro with extension tubes, where I'm taking handheld images of bugs and very small flowers in natural light.  Moving air, camera shake from even what feels like a very steady position to me, and even the impact of a little ant climbing about on a very small flower on a very slender stalk is enough to shift that very shallow vocal plane, so once I've got something I'm trying to capture, I may shoot five or 50 or 100 shots in close succession.  That's a lot to sort through to find the ones where the focus is spot on, with the p

Hallo, leider funktioniert die manuelle Sortierung nicht mehr 😞Erst mal kann ich sie manuell sortieren. Aber kurze Zeit später, werden die Bilder automatisch wieder zurück sortiert. Leider habe ich noch nicht wirklich rausgefunden, woran es liegen könnte. Wirklich von der einen auf die andere Sekunde, sind die Bilder aus der Sortierung verschwunden.An den Sortierungseinstellung ändere ich während der Zeit nichts. Es beleibt auf "Manuell" eingestellt.Hat jemand eine Idee oder ist es wirklich ein Fehler?

Since a few months I started having some corruption issues with my RAW files. In the begining the issue  seemed appear randomly. When viewing in Bridge the photos in my SD, a few of them would look funcky and the problem would persist when opening them in Camera RAW. When trying to open those files in my computer (macBook Pro M1), the files would keep looking funcky. So I had to delete them and I started thinking that there was soemthing wrong with my camera or SD card. After trying it with other SD cards and even buying a new one, the problem persited: Some of the images would look funcky. I started fearing that my camera was damaged (canon 6D Mark II, firmware: 1.1.1). Nevertheless, after spending several hours doing multiple tests, I am confident to say that trying to view my RAW files in Bridge before transfering them to my computer is corrupting them. Can anybody explain or offer a solution to why Bridge shows a different time stamp to Windows 11 on video files MP4 created on my Canon R6Mk2.I have never had video creating capability until I purchased my Canon R6Mk2 so this problem is new to me and unknown if this a new bug in Bridge or been there for some time.Windows 11 is showing the correct timestamp for the file created in camera, but Adobe Bridge shows the timestamp for the file created as 1 hour earlier than windows. How to disable or change the color of those blue borders around active panels and photos?I would like to have my UI without those distracting colors. In Bridge 2022 there were no borders and it was fine. In Photoshop, there is a setting to choose the highlight color and enable natural color mode. Can we have the same in Bridge please?
