Bug Reports

My consultant shared an InDesign doc with me. She is displaying the document in spreads. I've zoomed in to fill a screen with one page for easier reviewing. Whenever I add a comment to the right side of the spread it snaps me all the way back to the left side, forcing me to scroll back over in between every comment. Fix whatever is causing it to snap or reload.

We need a "Empty trash" button on the Deleted folder. Just had a long session with Adobe Chat team member who politely suggested I hold the shift button to select multiple files to delete. I told him I had literally thousands of files in that folder. I couldn't even tell how many there were, I just had to try to delete 300 or so at a time, after 4 hours I have removed over 20GB. I'm still going ... apparently he has lodged an issue with support. Somehow I don't think they care reading the other comments here. I didn't even know it was there (why should I?) ... I empty my trash on the desktop, not knowing that for some reason those Cloud files are not deleted but moved into the trash on the Cloud, which has just gotten bigger and bigger over time. Why there is no empty trash button in my iCloud, its a truly bizzare oversight. I just emptied my OneDrive trash in 1 second.

I'm trying to sync some video files to creative cloud using the sync folder on my PC. There used to be a way to check the upload status and percentage in the creative cloud app. This seems to be gone in the latest version so I can't tell if anything is actually uploading. My assets web page says 0 of 100.0 GB used so I imagine it isn't working.

I have had issues in the past with CC Desktop Sync not playing nicely when Google Drive is installed on my compooter. Either the file icons don't update properly with the green checkmarks or blue sync icons, or the system fails to sync at all. Currently, I'm happy to report that all is working -- because I haven't had Google Drive on my laptop. But I'd like to have both on my laptop. Before I try installing Google Drive Sync on my laptop again, I'm wondering if this issue has been resolved? I don't want to be The Guinea Pig if I don't have to. 😉

I hate the moment when I selected Adobe XD for designing wireframes. Files never gets synced properly. 😞

after sync 1.3gb, sync stop working. it is out of quota? current cloud space 1.3% of 100gb.

Sometimes the file I'm using stop sycing. It saves, generate a new version but when a close the file it always return that some modifications were done locally and not sync. Problems: The screen suggest me to save a copy but if I save a copy the version is erased. If I cancel to save manually, the * symbol hides but on close the alert returns.

Hi.I can see the file shared on the web. but i can't see it on desktop

The Creative Cloud Files folder looks horrible when added to the Favourites in the Finder sidebar on macOS. This Issue has been going on for a long time now (2+ years) but it wasn't always this way.We used to have a nice CC icon in the Finder's sidebar but now ... it's a horrible piece of paper looking thing.Your software and services are tailored towards designers who have a keen attention to detail, and prioritize well designed visuals. I'm sorry but this is just unacceptable. Look how well Apple and Dropbox do it.This bug has been around for a very long time, and I've seen multiple threads and articles on the web about it ... 2 years later, still no fix. Please address this bug ASAP it's driving your customers crazy.Cheers,Yitz Rapp

Describe my idea? hmmm... How about "Library Sync" for Adobe Stock should work, clicking on the button that says "sync" should sync. Sorry to be glib... but its really that simple. Clicking this button should update my library with ALL the stuff I just bought... [see photo]

I cannot fully disable all Adobe background apps. A quick Google search reveals many others with the same issue. Please resolve! I don't want all these apps running in the background all the time!

The mp4 format is one of the most common video formats. Premiere Pro 2023 should be able to handle these files without any other codecs or jumping through hoops. With this limitation, it make Premiere Pro almost worthless.

Assets indesign CC library are invisible, but can still be clicked on and dragged into documents. Libraries work as normal in Illustrator and Photoshop. Tried reinstalling indesign,Reinstalling CC Restarting and updating OSClearing library cashe

Excess space around Ps artboards is odd and can't center the image correctly for review.

I get a lot of low on storage creative cloud account.it is caused by a lot of "deleted" filesthese files are .blend1 filesBlender creates those temporary files when saving a .blend project. Here's why this is a problem1- These temporary files should not be uploaded (in my opinion)2- Deleted files should not count towards the creative cloud subscribtions. I have to go MANUALLY select hundreds of deleted files and permenantly delete them. for sync to resumeI hope this gets solved soon. I use blender heavily in my daily routine. Relying less on adobe's creative cloud storage means I have less reasons for an adobe subscribtion.

My libraries panel is blank and I can't import. I need this for work and I can't afford a new computer.

InDesign: Assets do not detect inactive layers by name while drag them to layout - and make a copy of them. 😞 . Kills every half automated workflow in complex layouts.Better would be: same behavour like copy and paste (InDesign send warning in cause of inactive layer and user can activate them)

CC Libraries desperately need an Admin role - rather than the severely flawed 'Owner'. Admin EditorUserWhat happens when the current Owner leaves a company? I hear people saying you have to duplicate the library so you can use it. (Not a very good idea when the point of Libraries is to keep things consistent). Please get rid of Owner role and replace with a new Admin user role that can multiple assignees and/or be easily transferred.

Illustrator is automatically changing the colour hex's on CMYK documents. This is from when the document is created from scratch. I've checked the color settings, there are no imported images affecting it. When I click off of the colour selected it automatically changes without me requesting it to. Looks to be a bug? I've restarted the program to no avail and I've attached a video to show the issue I'm experiencing in real time.

Hello,CMYK colors of my library are transformed in spot colors in Illustrator....This should not happen.

- Cannot add new items- Cannot edit existing items (if I double click on Illustrator nothing happens, if I double click in other softwares: Illustrator pops up, but nothing happens)- Cannot pick (or edit) a colour from Library (I can do both only in Photoshop)- I can only drag and drop existing items from Library to Artboard- I can only edit the items' names from the Library PanelI have uninstalled CC Library and re-installed it multiple times following this steps:https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/libraries-panel-not-working.htmlAnd even tried to re-install the whole CC...But it only fix the issue (sometimes just partially) for a just few hours.I work on MacOS Monterey - Version 12.5.1 (21G83)Adobe Creative Cloud - Version 5.8.0.592Adobe Illustrator 26.5Adobe Indesign 17.4Adobe Photoshop 23.5.1
