Het lukt me niet om een foto of video vanaf mijn telefoon te importeren in een project of een te maken video. Ik heb de toestemmingen voor de app toegestaan. Helaas helpt dit niet. Graag hoor ik wat een oplossing is

Dear team. I find it a bit confusing that whenever you're creating something new from our templates, the file does not automatically opens up after being created, instead, it gets stored as a new file under "your stuff" and you'll have to find, and open it up from there. I also noticed that this is not a consistent behavior, which makes me think there's a bug.
hello I've tried to get in contact but it won't let me send the email, I have tried downloading this file many times and it own't let me, I am really disapointed in these services and would like to cnacel and don't feel it approiate to have cancellation fee, I have also tried to contact one of your supervisors for a call but have recieved no response, please sort this out
Hallo, wir haben als Unternehmen Social-Media-Post für FB, Insta und LinkedIn bis weit in das nächste Jahr geplant und vorbereitet. Bis Dienstag den 21.05.24 war auch alles gut, leider sind die letzten Posts nicht rausgegangen. Der Scheduler zeigt an dass sie veröffentlicht sind, aber sie sind nur bei Insta und FB online. LinkedIn hat nicht funktioniert. Wenn ich in die Post gehe bei Adobe Express sehe ich keine Vorschau mehr und bei m öffnen wird mir einen fehelende Schrift angezeigt (obwohl es eine Cloud-Schrift ist)!?!? Ich habe meine gekaufte Schrift nochmals hochgeldaen und jetzt funktioniert es scheinbar. Leider muss ich jetzt in jeden Post bis Mitte nächsten Jahres um genau das zu ändern. Kann mir dazu jemand was sagen? Kaqnn es sein, dass es die Typo Neusa Next Std. nicht mehr verfügbar ist innerhalb der Cloud? Ich bitte um Info

Every time I click on the text box, the view shifts to be a larger %. How do I get it to lock into the % I choose so it doesn't do this and create so many pointless extra clicks every time I create a graphic? Often it does this when I'm moving an image very slightly and the whole tile jumps so the graphic moves to a completely wrong spot. This is so annoying.
Whenver I try to download the file it always says that there has been a problem and takes a long time to dowload too, can i please have some help with this since i am paying for this softwear and it's quite dissapointing
the design assets , backgrounds and etc are apprearing as different images than their icon and very distorted.

Started the free trial. Made several videos. Free trial ends on June 20. All of my content is gone. I tried to log in and content I made many months ago appears.

hi! please follow these steps 1) Navigate to presentations and click on it 2) the filters --> Select Type: Animated 3) you will see the results filtered. 4) Click on any template. it loads the template. great. Here is the bug BUG: as i try to go back to the result set and select another animated template to view, i noticed that the filter "Type" goes away. The filters should not reset. It requires me to apply the type filter again. over and over again
Images within projects often do not load. It is not my computer speed. This happens on 80%+ items. I can let it sit for several minutes and it never loads. If I download the file, sometimes the image is there but sometimes it is not. This has been an issue since the new version but it was only intermittent at first. Now it is constant.
It says they're moved, but they do not move. You can ONLY move one item at a time. And then if you're moving to folders, the folders will reorganize themselves every time you move something. That means you can't move things quickly, it takes FOREVER. There are so many bugs here, this is pretty embarassing.
Hi Team, I use Adobe Express to create graphics for technical documentation. I am a frequent user of the product. Unfortunately, everytime it gets auto-updated. it deletes my olf/existing stuff which is a big loss and extra work for me. Please look into it and provide me the solution. Thanks kkour@adobe.com
the presentation I made on adobe express cant be found today. I was wondering why that happened and how I could retrieve it.
There is a bug when naming files. It doesn't allow you to do a backspace or delete text, instead it deletes the pages!
I have a brand already created from another account that was shared with this account. When I click on the link it says brand does not exist.
