Hello. Layers are greyed out on a project where they previously worked. Please help!

This application is unable to access media from my gallery. It's talking a long buffering duration than usual. And I'm unable to create my work elements because of this reason. please i need help. As a YouTube creator I'm dependent on this Application.

I tried submitting this feedback and got an error message stating that my feedback could not be submitted, so here is my second attempt at that. During Adobe Cloud updates, the screenshot shows 2 Trojans that my system "watcher" program detected and quarantined. That's terrible! Then, after updating all apps that I use within Adobe Cloud, I am left with "Libraries sync error" telling me to go to my Firewall settings and "unblock Creative Cloud Services". I tried that but Creative Cloud Services are not listed in my "allow an app thru the Firewall" settings. Finally, one of the main reasons I have Adobe Cloud is the Adobe Expess online photo background remover. I use the Chrome browser to do that, and all I get now when dragging and dropping a photo into that app is a "spnning circle" . . . usually, it removes the photo background instantly. What gives? Thanks!

I was attempting to generate a picture and this really odd thing happened, it made a picture of actual literal **** like, just right on a plate. All I typed was "Your AI is useless" and it happened. You should probably look into that.

I can't convert my old files. It tells me "Sorry, something went wrong! We couldn't convert your file. Please try again. try again. Super frustrating.

I added a crisp graphic to create a Facebook cover. It looked great. I downloaded it; placed it in Facebook and it was not crisp, but blurry.

Hey Team, I was creating Spark Webpages on my iPad. Then the application and Webpage froze so I tried to open the Spark app on my iPhone. This then migrated all my pages to the new Express. Now in Express, I can not edit my pages as there is no Lightroom CC integration as it used to be with spark. On the iPad app there is not even the possibility to work on webpages. For all "old" Spart pages that have now migrated to Express. I can not change the Themes, or Publish / Share any of the webpages. So basically all of this is useless now. Please get this fixed asap....

Still can't access anything older that what's in the "recent" folder

Hi, I am indeed looking for my stuff that was made on a previous version of Express. However, where is this banner that's mentioned? I do not see it. I am on Android 14 running Samsung's one UI on an S21. Please fix this issue so I can access my old files.
