I can not seem to access photos from Lightroom cloud anymore. The old version could but not the new version. Can only import images from my phone camera roll.

Some of my files converted easily after the first update. But now all of my older ones don’t convert. I need those files. My clients are pissed at me because I haven’t given them updated versions of the originals because the update can’t convert them. This is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP Also, what in the AI generated FAQs is the response to “ How do I migrate my files to the new version of Adobe Express mobile app?”?

Editar un video es imposible. Los clips no cargan, la plataforma no responde, va lentisimo. Por ahora sigo prefiriendo usar canva ya que ahí no ocurre tal cosa.

I cannot save, download, or share my files

Hi! I need to add the Arial font to my brand and as you don't have the Arial font available, I wanted to upload the file myself. The instructions in your online guide say to click a button about uploading my own font but I don't have such button. I think this is a bug.

Your app is sucking after your new update

When I click download, I get the popup at the bottom saying the file will download in the background... but it never does!

Prompted to create wordmark for Profit Factory with a specific name. Received replies with word factory in them. I think it's probably not worth returning ANY reply at all. IMHO

Why can't you go from the edit page back to the folder you were working in? This is bad UX as you need to go back through sub folders now...

Hello there, This version of Adobe express is too much hectic, when I want to make any poster and other things it text too much time to open and after that create a file when go to download, it takes approx 12 hour to download that file. The older version was very good and it was really easy to use but this new version... it's really really hectic. So please solve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

Kein Herunterladen, Freigeben der Datei möglich. da an der Datei gearbeitet wird. Man kann da Projekt auch nicht verlassen, da die Änderungen sonst nicht übernommen werden.

Can not load data, instead showing white page

There was a file i was working on, and i checked on it a couple of days after last editing it and it completely had disappeared! I can’t find any backup for it right now do what can i do?
