I had to move the project to desktop version because I'm not able to choose how to export but in desktop version, I can not see the image I used! and now I can not take it back to mobile version! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? is this like a joke? ARE WE IN THE 90s?

When sharing webpage link, the preview does not reflect the page name or any preview image. I've tried all troubleshooting options I've found and nothing is working.

I am receiving a 'something went wrong' notification when trying to work on projects in Adobe Express without a solution to repair it.

I am running Adobe Express over Safari browser and I see a banner message: Adobe Express is not optimized for this browser version. Upgrade to the latest versions for optimized performance. I submit the "Upgrade Now" button and am taken to Apple support where I am offered a choice of 3 Safari browsers and all are older than 2015 release. (see below) when my browser is version 15.4 (17613.17.16). So it is confusing to identify what is the latest browser.  Hi! Every time I download this PDF there is that Black Box when downloading it. Any ideas as to how to fix this issue? I tried grouping the images, but that did not do it.  Thank you!

Adobe Express does not support Hindi Font Text. Fix it.

I have a project and saved the image as PNG. I have been been trying to open the same document and it says file is corrupted. I then tried to open with another program. the file has 0 bytes and will not open.

I am working on files that originated in adobe illustrator. When I tweak them and download as a PNG, I'm getting a major loss of quality. They look fine in the editor, but upon download, are hardly legible, and I can't choose a higher res from the download options. Image of export attached.

Hi, there is an issue with the Adobe Express Library that has been recurring. I'm sharing my library with multiple accounts to allow them to use our templates. Lately, they have reported that choosing a template and clicking 'Start a new file' doesn't work at all. I have also tested it myself; when I click 'Start a new file,' for a brief moment, I see the loading message, but then it disappears, and there is no new template available. Could you please urgently address this issue? (For your information: We have already tested the issue with multiple accounts, in different browsers, and have also cleared the browser cache. It seems to be a technical issue.) Thanks. ADDITION: I would like to highlight that the library consists of templates created using both the new and old Adobe Express. My adobe experience has been terrible after switching to the "new" express, there has been so many issues trying to load my previous designs and documents ,and things have not functioned as it should. I am paying for this service and considering switching elsewhere so I can get my projects completed.

I can't see the photos I put into the website photo grid. They often turn out blurry, and when I try to delete them, two others go either invisible or have a "Sorry, your photo hasn't loaded" (or something to that effect) message. The message may just show up without any trigger on occasion. Whenever you press the present or view buttons, the screen turns white. Also, it's impossible to get rid of the "split layout". There's no button, and after a while, it just turns gray.

We are experiencing a connection failure when trying to connect our Facebook Page through the "manage connections" link

Was prompted to reconnect accounts to refresh tokens. Initially says I am connected then when I click ok, it says connection failed.   [PII removed by moderator]

While trying to connect my Instagram and Facebook accounts to the scheduler everytime I enter my credentials it says it is now connected and when i select ok i get a connection failed error and it does not actually connect. I've tried in 3 different browsers, in incognito windows, cleared my cache. Nothing helps.

Hi Y'all! I do a lot of FB events and there's no template for the FB Event promo image which FB says should be 400x150 but is also not accurate. Please give us a template that will work for that space.

When you do "CTRL/CMD +" the whole interface zooms in but the artboard gets smaller. It totally messes things up for anyone used to working in Adobe products.
