I keep trying to download an image for several days now. At first the image was downloading green but would be normal in the app. Then the color returned but now when I try downloading the image, I get an error message telling me that I have an image in progress of uploading and to wait until it is done. It's been about 2 days and it's still doing it. Please help

When I preview my graphic, the text shows up. However, when I open the document to edit, the text in the boxes disappear. When I hover over the text box, Adobe says there's still text on the page, however, I cannot get the workspace to load text options, templates, etc. Then when I go to download, all the assets disappear on my document. Thoughts on how to resolve this issue?

Just recently back into Adobe Express after Adobe Max. I've been using Canva for a while now. I've built a video post and a static image post; neither will download to my local drive. I did not have this issue previously when using Adobe Express and I don't have any issue when using Canva. Additionally, the app is very clunky. Lots of hesitation and waiting for the screen to catch up. My internet connection at home and at work is quite capable and is a high speed connection.

Starting between October 5th and October 7th, images that we post to social media through Adobe Express appear compressed and blurry. The size and quality are fine in Adobe Express and when downloaded. It's just when we try to share to Instagram and Facebook that the problem occurs. One of the attached photos is from our Facebook page before the issue started occurring, the other is from after.

All elements of the flyer won't show up when downloading as a pdf. I also cannot access this in Illustrator or InDesign on the desktop from my library.

My stories will not post to Instagram but will post to Facebook

Hello, when im making video its taking ages to save ,and when its saved half video is missing. and when i go to upload picture i cant. Im really not impressed whit this program,i payed it 120 something euros and its to much for this slow program.... How can i fix it ?

Hi there, I have tried multiple times to connect my FB and IG and it won't allow me to. It says I am doing all the right things, and then when it gets to the end it says linked but does not actually connect and says failure after that. Can someone please help and fix that asap?

It is taking an extremely long time for a project to open and display the scenes. I have a 5 minute video with transitions, two 10 seconds or less embedded videos and the rest images. It takes 5 to 10 minutes for all scenes to completely display on the timeline when the project is opened. The PLAY button will spin for several minutes before returning to the PLAY button. Then when I attempt to play the video it buffers often in between scenes.

Every time I download an image, it downloads in worse quality than I see it, so I can't put it on the e-shop, no matter if I download it as .png or .jpeg, it always looks bad.
