My designer has created these templates but I am unable to use them as the template doesn't finish loading. It doesn't show that it isn't done loading but I am unable to edit it. I have tried reloading and reopening it to no avail.

I am unable to add new fonts. It tells me that it is NOT a font. It is the same as I have always added them before you changed to this aweful new platform.

When creating duplicate pages which then get completly changed from original, the thumbnail still remains the same of the original page and it doesn't change and shows up when sharing the link

It seems I cannot add a new font from my pc anymore.

My colleague and I often work on the newsletter together. I haven't been able to see images when I log in (with the same credentials) making it very difficult to collaborate and we have to resort to screen sharing on Teams to get the job done. What is happening with the new Express??

It says my storage limit is reached and takes me to this page but there's nothing to delete.

I have been running into multiple issues all involving the use of text in projects - including adding, editing or removing text from existing projects. It will not load the text details, and any projects I move to Photoshop have issues with the fonts and do not work properly. This has been ongoing for several weeks and getting progressively worse. Adobe Express has a lot of promising new features but the problems with performance are causing me to rarely use it any more, where I used it daily before the changes. Hoping the quality of experience and issues with the application go back to the previous level as it is so buggy it is hard to follow any project though to completion using Adobe Express anymore.

When I try to scroll in Texts section it tries to send me back on top. Check video for more information 2. Check the image quality it gave when downloaded. It's really bad (everything just went pixelated) 3. When I used Space or control to switch to "Hand" option to move around canvas. It remain in the same. Now I can not go back to arrow mod to resize or anything. Although I was able to click items from menu. (I dont have any screenshot or video for this)

I receive an endless loading animation when trying to use any functionality on Adobe Express. This includes using text-to-image generative AI and also when selecting a template (e.g. an Instagram Tile). This issue means that I cannot use the platform at all.

We don't have good templates for anniversary, pyramids, effiel tower to start with at https://new.express.adobe.com.

Can't download logo. Can't edit logo, double clicking does nothing. I can right click and get some options but none to download or modify.

my thumbnail preview is only showing as a grey blank rather than the cover image.
