Hi, I've been using Adobe Spark/Express for a couple of years now. However I can't seem to find my previous files for editing. For example this one: https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/bQykuDB8tr9e5 Can't find it in the files at all

After half an hour the screen changed to import failded. It is a simple AI file which I am trying to import but it fails.

What is paid content, App want let me download my file

Files will not load in adobe express. It says Error, couldn't find your file.

I added a glide show, received an error message that the photo I chose for the glide show cannot be found, and now I cannot delete the glide show from my web page. I tried opening it in another web browser and have tried deleting it over the span of several days, including on different computers. I do not want to create a new page because I already distributed the URL.

Hello, I'm still experiencing trouble tagging on all social media channels when I'm scheduling posts. is this a known issue? I had originally sent in a report a while ago.

I can't download my files and I can't even share my files, at first I didn't understand that the download button couldn't be pressed and it came out like that, is that a bug or what? is there a solution to solve it?

I created a short video thats 12 seconds long, it uses some animations and everytime I try to save it as a template I get an error saying "error saving the template". I've tried refreshing and making sure the video is fully uploading and it still gives me an error

When I am adding in information into my video slides and type a comma then space it encounters an error and says "something went wrong" and to refresh the page. When you refresh sometimes it has not saved where you were up to and you have to type it again. I now have to rework my sentences so that it does not include the comma.

It's not specifically a bug, but with the new update, it's much harder to highlight and edit text.

When I try to edit a video consisting of several short scenes, it is not allowing me to add a scene. I tried three different ways. If I try to move a scene, it crashes with an error. I duplicated the file and tried to edit. Same issue.

Unable to use Adobe Express. Everytime I launch the app, it crashes and I get a message at the bottom: Service Error. I have tried on several computers and web browsers.

When I try and create a video, the minute I add some content the platform tells me I'm offline and it will reconnect me when back online, despite me actually being online with full wifi. I'm able to use other sites such as Canva and Invideo when Express is telling me I'm offline.

New INTERFACE IS SLOW and BUGGY

I have signaled a bug using last chrome version because no tools was working for my subscription due to the same needs to refresh problem

I am unable in any regard to add a custom font there is no way to add it to my brand or just adding it while editing.

Hi!I've been a loyal and highly satisfied customer of Adobe Express for a few years now. All of a sudden, within the last 24 hours or so, I started getting an error message when trying to use images. The error message is "Failed to license one or more images." I tried logging out and logging back in; that didn't work. Might anyone have an idea on how I can get this issue resolved? Thank you for your help!

I either get an error message or it does not respond when I select a saved file

When changing fonts, new designs will "identify" as the new font, but continue to display as the default font.
