The Create Feature has not been working since you made some changes. It shows an infinitive loading in the canva.

I have a problem with Adobe Express, it stops at the sixth second, and does not want to advance at all. The problem is not with the Internet. I tried the website on Chrome and on the Microsoft Store app and the problem is still the same Please help quickly, because I have pending work for my clients, and this is a big problem for me.

If I change the video speed to 150%, the video is blanked out on the timeline

Multiple times over, when I am editing my video, the preview will get stuck in one or more videos (with audio). What I mean by stuck is that the video or audio do not play, and the "play" button is stuck, spinning. I have over 15-20 different videos uploaded where I am using about 3s of each.

Video will not download. Other videos will download fine. I've tried reducing the amount of effects I'm using and removing the music/audio, but it still will not download.

When I click in download, I cant download the video. I tried several times with different formats. please help

Text boxes down widen when pulled with side handled. They just get larger. So 4 lines of text are not able to be pulled out into one long line of text.

Crop option doesn't resize the canvas at all. Canvas still exists whenever using crop, leaving a white or transparent background behind the image. No visible button to crop

when using the site (which has worked perfectly before) now there is a huge lag when using the product. when clicking boxes to change ANYTHING!!! I did not have any of these problems this past spring but now its so frustrating to use.

When I click on share my projects, I can place my post scheduled, but after submitting, I can't see the posts in the calendar. -And thus also not edit, delete etc..

It tells me to update the facebook token and it still fails after updating it.

Hello, I am having trouble using the embed code generated from my webpage in Adobe Express to embed into a Wordpress page. It only shows up as a hyperlink instead of integrating the full page within Wordpress. Is this an on-going technical bug? Thanks for your help! 

This program is really bug ridden... I am mentioning this now because it is the first time a horrendous bug takes place. But small bugs (like small misalignments) happen frequently. The OK image is obviously the one saved before closing the project. The messed up image is the one after reopening it. To not that only 2 out of 4 images are messed up. The "Facebook story" format and the "Facebook event" format. This kind of stuff makes Canva a much stable option 😞 Also, FYI, the Facebook event ratio and display characteristics changed recently.

I am trying to leave the platform and I keep receiving a message: "autosave has not completed, if you leave now you will lose your edits" but autosave is not happening and I do not see a button to click on save: I am stuck!
