Während der Bearbeitung einiger Dokumente ist die Website sehr langsam. Vor allem in Textfeldern dauert die Bearbeitung des Textes sehr lange. Es macht keinen Unterschied, ob ich mit einem Ethernet-Kabel verbunden bin, oder über WLAN. Die Internetgeschwindigkeit beträgt im Schnitt 300 MBit/s.

Hello,since today Adobe Express does not recognize my (Prepaid) Premium Subscription anymore. It runs until Jan. 8th 2024. But when I try to download my edits, Express tells me that I don't have any access to Premium Stock Content. How do I fix this?

Ich würde gerne das Branding unserer Firma auf der Website, welche ich über Adobe Express erstelle, einpflegen. Leider ist die Funktion ein "Neues Design hinzufügen" immer noch nicht verfügbar. Wann kann man denn damit rechnen bzw. woran liegt es , dass ich diese Funktion nicht nutzen kann?
