Hi, I started usin express couple of weeks ago as it seemed like the perfect tool for my needs. I need to make posts fast on the go, but they are easy to prepare before hand. However. I stumbled upon a huge problem right away. The web app that i'm using on pc does not sync anything to my phone app. Absolutely nothing has been synced so far. I'm running the latest software on my iphone as well as on the phone app. I have tried logging in and out, as well as deleting the app. Nothing works. This app is of no use without the sync.

Sizes are not showing in animate from audio option.

How to switch between different Instagram accounts and Facebook fan pages to post? This feature seems to be missing 😞ONLY 1 Instagram account and ONLY 1 Facebook fan page can be selected. But if you have several, you want to be able to switch between them so that you can post the posts created with Adobe Express anywhere...And how to unlink channels in Adobe Express settings?I disconnected via the Facebook settings, but it still appears on Adobe Express. I would be very happy about any help and tips 🙂

i am not able to remove the background. it is had been a regular issue and now since past 4 days my work is stuck tried connecting on the weekend no one was available tried asking for help on Monday the customer support said will call back in an hour however no one did and i am still stick with the issue

When I or my students are working on creating an animate from audio piece and use a transparent background (necessary for applying into a different project) it is showing a red warning icon in the upper corner saying failed to upload. What is needed to make this function?

Playing with Ai Captions : works nice for well spoken solo interview. One small exception. In french, there's a space BEFORE (and after) the question mark. Not? Mais ? (Et !) And that will prove to be tricky for captions because it's tempting to move the ? on the next caption.

There must be something I didn't do well, but after playing with captions (excellent) and downloading the content, I pressed the "export to editor" and had no feedback if anything had been done (or was still processing). I closed the window and started looking for my sadly unavailable project.

This feature does not work. I don't understand how this could be so bad. Truly awful. Fix it.

Hello, I'm having a really difficult time with the links today. My 2023 price guide started re-directing to my 2024 price guide. Now I'm struggling to get links to actually go where they're supposed to.

Selecting files with the checkbox then selecting Move and the destination. Feedback says 'Files have been moved Your Stuff'... not moving the file at all.

Adobe Express not working

We use the web page template to built out toolkits, and it seems like once the New Express updates were rolled out, when we go to publish the page the font formatting changes everything to being bold and italicized (different from what is appearing in editing and preview mode). Is this a glitch that can be fixed?

I opened a "voice over animation" in the editor and saved it. I then opened it again and tried to add a previously recorded scene to the video. The scene appears in the time line, but the animation of the added scene does not play back.

Hello! Our social media posts for LinkedIn don't seem to want to connect with the link attached. Works for Twitter, but the link goes directly to a broken LinkedIn page (the link is supposed to go to a subscription list on our homepage)

When I am creating a new brand my font is not an adobe font but it will not let me upload it. The upload button just appears blank.

For some reason as of today my photos look grainy when posted with adobe. I believe there is an issue.

I have been an ambassador for express in my organisation. However, the webpage does not even allow us to change the font! this has defeated the purpose for having a paid account and the organisation is looking at other solutions. This is definitely a missed win for Adobe.

This feature does not seem to be working at all.
