Why won't it let me download or be able to print my student's work?

I have a four-and-a-half minute video that I have worked on for several weeks in Adobe Express. I've been trying for several days to download it. When I click the download option, I get a message that Adobe is "working on it" and I should be able to download it soon. I've tried different browsers and four different devices. I can see the project in the Creative Cloud app on my phone, but it never opens. I can open and edit it on different computers, but none will download the project This is very frustrating. I've spent weeks on the project, and many hours trying to get the download (also tried the share option) to work.Any help is appreciated!

Die Anwendung ist seid dem Update so langsam, dass man sie eigentlich nicht mehr nutzen kann. Jeder Klick will gut überlegt sein, weil er im Anschluss minutenlang für die Ausführung benötigt. Eine Katastrophe!

Seeing slow performance

I just spent twenty five minutes making a flyer and when i hit print it disappeared what the heck is that?

In a narrow TikTok format, it cuts off the photo the minute I've tried to move it around and take it past the margins. I can't place the test where I want it or even figure out where to type in the text I want. I don't have a choice for resizing the test. I haven't been able to add text off to the side of an image in Youtube format. I can't find where to add simple text into my text box. I also want to be able to create youtube portrait formtas and upload them. Where is that choice...... ARGHHHHH.

im tring to open a link of a web page on Microsoft edge and it shows up with this message: his site has been reported as unsafeHosted by new.express.adobe.comis it temporary? or it will be from now on?

The images included in a grid template can't be deleted apparently. The option to delete image should appear on the left of the screen under "Image" when selected. See screen shot.

Hi, I have shared a project with a collaborator and it does not show up in their "My Stuff". Any idea why? Thanks, B

I've made a banner for an assignment I'm working on and the save feature is taking over 15 minutes to make my creation downloadable.

I am using a 2020 Mac book air and every click literally takes 20 seconds for the application to respond. It is very bad and I can't believe such a subsstandard product is released to market. Forget about AI, fix your performance issues first.

Hello,  I am reaching out today to address a concern regarding the limitations of video resolutions in Adobe Express. For an extensive period, I have been a regular user of the Merge Video service (https://new.express.adobe.com/tools/merge-videos) to merge videos with resolutions of 5120x1440. I utilize a 49-inch monitor, and the support for this resolution is crucial for my workflow. However, recently, I discovered that the Merge Video service no longer allows the uploading of videos with a resolution of 5120x1440. When attempting to upload, an error message is displayed stating, "Your video dimensions are unsupported. Largest supported size is 3840 x 3840px." This restriction to a maximum resolution of 3840x3840 pixels severely impedes my workflow, as it leaves me with no viable options within Adobe’s range of services for editing and merging my videos. I am unable to utilize Adobe Rush for this resolution, and now Adobe Express’s Merge Video service seems to have

I access Adobe Express through my Gmail login. I am currently logged into my Gmail but do not have a window open for Adobe Express. When I open Adobe Express, it shows I am logged in yet, my profile is not linked and my stuff is not available.

I'm getting an issue uploading SVG to the graphics option in "My Library". I'm trying to upload a logo but it is not loading properly as you can see on the attached screenshot. At first I thought that it was an issue with the document, however, I tried using a different document and I got the same issue. Please advise, as I just started my free trial and I was excited to use this feature.
