Hi, I'm a weekly user of AE webpages for 3 years. In new AE - uploading photos to webpage now flicks me down the page to each freshly loaded image. This is frustrating as I regularly upload 20+ photos for a story. This means I cannot work on writing content while photos are loading as I previously could. I have to leave the page to upload photos and come back to it after they have all loaded.

Hallo, ich verstehe nicht warum bei manchen geteilten Inhalten/Bildern das duplizieren funktioniert und bei anderen die Fehlermeldung kommt, dass nicht genügend Speicher vorhanden ist?! Leider synchronisiert sich die App auf dem Iphone und Ipad nicht mit der Desktopversion. Wie kann das behoben werden?

Notice image used is not shown on video and text can't change the effect. Is it because the file to too big and too many animations going on? it's on 18 seconds video

I wish i could move layers around more easily. as you can see in the video i select a layer and when i got to click on it to drag it around, it selects a different layer. Is there a way to do this easier? Even if i lock the layer it grabs, it still deselects mine and selects the locked one.

videos stop working and won't allow edits as a result. And when you add another video the entire page just shuts down. Frustrating beyond, just lost time

I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOREVER TO FIX OUR THUMBNAILS. I HAVE EVEN TRIED TO CREATE A NEW PROJECT, BUT IT DOES NOT WORK ONCE I CHANGE THE PICTURE FROM THE HEADER, IT KEEPS THE ORIGINAL PICTURE I HAD SELECTED. THIS PROBLEM IS RELVANT FOR US SINCE THE LINK DOES NOT SHARE PROPERLY ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS. AS SHOWN IN THE SCREENSHOT, THE SEPTEMBER AND THE SUMMER NEWSLETTER BOTH HAVE DIFFERENT HEADERS, BUT THEY DO NOT POPULATE CORRECTLY. WE CANNOT BE SHARING OUR NEWSLETTERS AND ALL OF THEM LOOK THEY HAVE THE SMAE HEADER.

When I finish my video one of the videos within my short is flickering at a specific spot every time. The color of the flickering is always gray and I cant get rid of it

When I upload pictures from my pc into AE the second image comes out green. There are no effects, adjustments etc on it.

i have no trouble creating my first project when i open adobe but when i go to create another one, it will not let me.

I have a school account vmkinneer@sdlancaster.org which is affiliated with google for logging in to things as well as outlook for emails. I also have a personal account with the adobe express app viktorypoem@gmail.com which I use for business. I was accidentally signed into my school account when I was working on a project for my business. I was somehow locked out of the school account, I thought I had just not saved my password or something, it said I had to contact administrator but now it lets me right back in but my project is gone. Is there a way to check if I have another account under vmkinneer@sdlancaster.org?

Just logged into Express and it's now "new." Great. Where are my brand assets from the "old." When I click on brand there is nothing there.

When will I be able to access my designs on my mobile phone?

As I was working on creating 2 websites, adobe duplicated everything into the other website and erased all the work that had been done on it

Attempting to save multi layered graphics as templates- templates do not save. This latest design was originally created last year in AE. I have duplicated the original and want to create a template. I'm working at a school, trying to get teachers on board with libraries and templates this term. Myself and the teachers most often get this error (I think I've only had one or two save correctly). I have been attempting this on and off for months now in both new and old version of AE.
