I need to make a new update and this new interface isn't helpful.

I cannot get your app to connect to my businesses account, I checked all of the settings and everything is set up the way it should be

I have several size ads to send out but cant seem to get them to download clear. They look fine on a PDF but i need them under 70KB and can't get less than 1MB without it having he same issue as before.

I've just created a new project and I'm not able to save it or download it in any format. It hasn't been saved automatically. Also when I try to open some of my old projects, (using Google Chrome, Windows 10) they don't get opened at all! Many of the fonts that were free in the previous version are now premium. This new version is really frustrating and disappointing, will switch to different provider.

Every time I open a recent documents, all existing layers are locked and I don't have the ability to unlock them.

when i replace image the crop box changes shape which defends the object of replacing image rather than import it

There is no longer an option to download without a background with png files. This is TERRIBLE

Adobe Express is a full on disaster in Microsoft Edge... Crashes, freezes, display glitches all over the place - it's just awful. Great concept - hope you can work it out..

We have a paid plan and we have downloaded a few projects, but now everytime we download, we get this error about licensing the stock image. We haven't been able to download anything that uses a stock image. Our plan is up to date with payment.

I am unable to edit any files or add any elements to newly created files since the platform change happened. Only some elements of past files show up when I open those.
