baixando arquivo em baixíssima resolução porque????

I want to add a font from my device to Adobe Express for a graphic, however the option to add a font is no longer available. It has disappeared after the update. I followed the instructions on the "Add custom fonts in Adobe Express" page on your help website, but the instructions don't work because there is no button to "add font".

When I want to download the project I get a message that tells me that I can not download it, to wait for the system to be working on it.

I is on my desktop as a phone app. I need help to change it please. [personal email removed]

I'm really HATING that you've forced me to use the new Adobe Express on the PC, especially since it's still not working properly.Something as simple as repositioning or rezooming a background? Can't be done. You just have to deal with it as the site wants to. Unless you edit the picture first to fit EXACTLY how you want it to before importing it as your background.Want to replace the background image with another? Can't do it without first detaching is as a background first. Why are you adding ridiculous steps in for no reason?Overall the new Adobe is so many steps behind the original, I'm considering cancelling my ENTIRE Adobe subscription and use a different editor as it's just unusable.Also... to add in - why don't Adobe have their own technical team dealing with bugs, rather than outsource the troubleshooting to their customers to work it out themselves?  

"Arrows" not loading in my work and I need to download for a presentation. Even when I tried to recreate and went to the Elements interface it loaded a gray rectangle. The orange rectangles in the screen shot are where my arrows are suppose to be.

I am having uissues with new and old converetd files not downloading.

Doesnt respond when asked to add a new page to a project

I am a user through a corporate account - Minnesota State Colleges and Universities. I moved all my files to "my originals" as it told me to do and now they are there under "recent", but I can't get them in "my stuff". I'm hysterical, basically, because I'm a little island and there is just no help. I've done the Googles and hitting refresh 100 times hasn't helped. WHERE IS MY STUFF? As described last week, creating a brand and adding assets is 100% broken for me. Any time I try I receive the error message: "A problem occurred. Your library has been refreshed". When I leave and come back, the brand I've created is gone. I've tried on multiple different browsers, cleared caches, etc... This seems like a pretty essential feature of the product and I'm very confused as to why this issue is still happening.

I can move pages I accidentally made down to my timeline. They will only stay in layers.

Why is there only WHITE doctors represented? This is NOT inclusive. It would be nice to see people of COLOR in elevated roles or be able to control the complexion. I assume this can be fixed IMMEDIATELY!

Hi I sent report last week but forgot to mention I am using Education Account. Is there a way I can get to my old account before the update that had the fonts? I tried using Safari and Chome and the Add your fonts option is there in my brand but when you click on it there is no button to upload fonts. Please help because I do social media for the school and now I need to purchase on my person account because I have the fonts there showing on my phone as well.

When the new system converts previous files with a grid pattern, it does not let you replace individual photos on grid easily as before, the grid comes over as one giant background. When trying to import photos somethings they come in as a grey square. I am having to resize the image in crop tool and then line up individual photos with grid squares manually. Also the missing fonts from previous files continues to be an issue for branding, What normally takes me about 10 minutes to do tools me over an hour because of system glitches.

will not allow me to download as pdf after i have created my 76 page project

my customers are all going to the link they bookmarked. i can't unpublish that, and i cannot edit that. therefore they are all getting incorrect information and missing all the updates. please help me edit my old webpages, or atleast delete them! thank you.

Hi, I work in a school and when I have returned from our summer holidays ive found the old version of Express is no longer available! I had a lot of projects/templates on there which I need. Is there any way i can get them back or import them into the new version of express?  I was aware of the BETA Express, but i was completely unaware that the old version was being discontinued so soon or that i would lose everything ive made! This is going to cost me significant time if this is not possible, please say there is an answer to this! Thank you,James.

J'essaye d'exporter un projet réalisé sur Adobe Express avec la nouvelle version mais quand je veux exporter un document, il me dit qu'il est impossible de l'exporter car soi-disant, je n'ai pas de licence Adobe Stock inclus dans ma formule Créative Cloud. Ma licence est payée et active depuis plusieurs années et je n'ai jamais rencontré ce problème sur l'ancienne version avec le même projet.
