I cannot download the presentation that I prepared on Adobe Express. The error message mentioned the "fail icons", but I cannot see these fail icons that mark the assets that are not licensed. And why would you allow the unlicensed stock to be available if we can't use it? I am so frustrated and confused. After putting all the work into this presentation using Adobe Express, now I can't use it and will have to create another one in Powerpoint. Also, your platform doesn't work with Grammarly, a writing assistant program. I don't plan to use Adobe Express for future presentations.

Literally clicked on a whiteboard/flyer whichever, to start off and was given the paintbrush drawing tool on the side as an option. I exit, go into another type of formart, logo and that option is now gone. Went back to the "flyer" option and the freehand drawing tool is no longer there. Where the heck did it go??? Why is it so difficult for the user to locate this tool. Why isn't it on the sidebar.....

Hallo, zum wiederholten Male löschen sich einfach die bereits gestalteten Seite n. Es bleibt immer nur die erste bestehen. Leider kann ich sie nicht wiederherstellen! Das ist super schade. Bitte lösen Sie das Problem zeitnah und geben mir eine Rückmeldung, da wir Express täglich nutzen.

I'm getting an error message that I'm out of storage when I try to upload a file that's only ~400kb. I have no other files in Adobe Express. How can I fix this?

Every time I select a new flyer template, the loading time is excessively long, if it loads at all. It functioned properly during the week of July 22nd, but this week it has been unresponsive. Even when someone else attempted from their system, there was no success.

Ich bekomme die Meldung "Adobe Express ist nicht für diese Browserverison optimiert" sowohl in Safari als auch in Firefox, alle Browser sind up to date. In der Browseranwendung ist der obere Bereich (+Neu / Verbindungen verwalten / Suchleiste) nicht klickbar

When exporting video, I have had multiple instances where one of the scenes within the edit will freeze for a few seconds, or the entire audio track will be out of sync by up to around 2 seconds, for seemingly no reason. The clips uploaded were all fine, and even the preview on the editor was fine, it is only after downloading that these issues crop up.

When I try to duplicate a file it’s telling me to choose a different name, I’ve tried every name and it still does not work. Never had this issue before today

Es ist für uns nicht möglich die Schriftart Archivo SemiBold hinzuzufügen. Wir bekommen nur die Fehlermeldung, dass die Schriftart in Adobe Font verfügbar sei. Das ist sie theoretisch schon als Variable Font, aber in Adobe Express nirgends auffindbar und somit nicht verwendbar. Wie können wir diesen Schriftschnitt zum Branding hinzufügen? Das ist essentiell für unser Corporate Design.

Something is seriously up with your Adobe Xpress. I wasn't able to duplicate a previous file I created - just kept asking for a new name, and repeating. Fine, I'll create it from scratch. Everything was working, then I touch the Animation effect on an element and its broken the file again. 3 hours of my time wasted! WTF

I tried to download a transparent of Final Wars Godzilla on Adobe Express App But it keeps on Disappearing! why is this happening?, is there an outage on the app or something?
