使用AI助手时，停止对话后整个网页会报错，并且无法进行后续对话，此话题直接作废(This conversation isn't available This conversation was updated in another session.)

This bug can be reproduced as follows: When generating an image, click the stop button in the lower-right corner of the input box and switch to another conversation topic. Then, click back on the conversation topic that was previously paused, enter any text in the input box, and the bug will be triggered. After that, the affected conversation topic will be unable to continue the conversation, and the message “[This conversation isn’t available.]” will pop up every time you try to engage in it. Furthermore, after this bug occurs, no new conversation window appears.
