After generating a video I can't download it at all!!! And then when I refresh the page as i ca't do anything afetr render the video as gone and so is my credits. This is bs!!!

After generating a video I can't download it at all!!! And then when I refresh the page as i can't do anything after render the video as gone and so is my credits. This is bs!!! Atleast give me my credits back. Here is my video that i was not able to download, 

then when i click on it to reopen it to save it it says
