I live in Slovenia and have been using Firefly normally until recently. I have an active paid monthly subscription, and everything was working fine. However, today, I started receiving a message “This feature is not available in your region.”
Nothing has changed on my account, and my payments are up to date. I cannot contact Adobe Support because the chat option says “Service unavailable” and no phone number works from my country.
Could someone from Adobe please check this issue or help me with my problem, so that I can continue using Firefly?

Hi, I want to ask, why can't I access Adobe Firefly and it says "Unable to access Sorry, Adobe Firefly is not available in your region." I've had a subscription to Adobe Firefly for a long time and I've always used Adobe Firefly to support my work, but for a day now I can't open Firefly. Why is it suddenly not available in my region (Indonesia), even though I've been using Adobe Firefly for 2 years without any problems.
As of today I noticed that I no longer have access to Adobe Firefly (even though I have had access to it since the day it came out).
When I wanted to get in touch with support to talk about it, I noticed that the chat box no longer works (probably also a region issue). I then called every single number of the support line, none of them responded. I then spent 30 minutes looking for an email address that I could contact but I did not find any.
All of this was very surprising because in the past my Adobe experience was great and chats with support agents have been very helpful.
I would not be happy to lose access to Firely, but if that's the new Adobe way, then so be it, but I would at the very least be able to talk to chat support...

I have a problem with the Adobe Photoshop Firefly program. It says “Firefly isn’t available in your region,” but it used to work before. I don’t understand why it’s not working this time.
