Hi there!
Same problem with my account in PL. 
I also can't pick already used fonts in In Design, shows that they are unavaiable. 
Maybe some error ?

I am from Pakistan about 1 and half hour ago my firefly service goes down facing this error "Sorry, Adobe Firefly isn't available in your region." 

Can anyone help me to solve this thanks.

Depuis aujourd'hui j'ai le message d'erreur suivant sur adobe firefly  : Accès impossible

Désolés, Adobe Firefly n’est pas disponible dans votre zone géographique.
impossible de lancer un chat également et le numero d'aide adobe ne fonctionne pas…
une idée ?

my firefly is showing can't access adobe firefly is not available but yesterday i was using it... i am in Varanasi india

I have an issue accessing the boards as it's says
"Can't access. Sorry, Adobe Firefly isn't available in your region."

I am in United Kingdom and always was able to access it. I have no VPN turned on.

Why is this happening?

I have the same problem since this morning. I used firefly yesterday and now it says "not avaible in your region". I tried two devices and the account of a colleague. It's not working.

la generation ne fonctionne pas non plus sur photoshop

All my generative fills on all aplications and firefly are saying the service is unavailiable in my region when i go to check credits it says Can't check remaining credits what the hell is going on. UK customer service number just beeps and cuts me off online service chat says service error!!!! cant even contact customer support very busy and need my softwear to work this is not good!!!!!

Everything was working before. I didn't change my location or payment method, but from today I get an error that I can't use Firefly in my region.

Same thing this morning I’m Italian. I did some research and found out it might be a browser update issue. For example, I’m still using macOS Big Sur on a 2017 iMac, and many app updates like Photoshop, Premiere, etc., can’t be installed anymore because the OS is considered obsolete. I also can’t update Google Chrome on Big Sur.

If that’s really the case, it’s pretty embarrassing for Adobe, considering I’m paying for the full Creative Cloud package, which isn’t exactly cheap. On top of that, they’re playing the planned obsolescence game, basically forcing me to buy a new Mac now.

I can understand it for apps like InDesign or Photoshop that have AI features and need more processing power, but for web apps, it makes absolutely no sense. I really hope that’s not the case… I just hope it’s a bug and that tomorrow morning I’ll be able to work normally again.
