The AI services stopped working. When I click on my profile, it says it's unable to load information about generative loans. When I try to contact support, it says the service is unavailable. My subscription region is Ukraine, but I'm currently temporarily living in Bulgaria.
@claudiapiper Today I woke up to the same problem. I used to be able to access Adobe Firefly [as it is in my plan]. Could it be relate to the whole internet outage?

This image appears to me and I cannot use it even though I am subscribed to the full package and it is one of the applications available to me in my monthly package. Please solve the problem as I use it constantly in all my artistic work and depend on it completely.
I can't run Adobe Firefly from Bangladesh anymore. But I did yesterday and when I bought the subscription from Bangladesh there was no mention of this.
This is the issue: I was working on Firefly, I refreshed the page and it happened I got this screen. I tried multiple times, rebooted the machine, tried again, but always same screen. Oh, also the chat service is unavailable both by pc and phone. Phone numbers don't answer, so I don't know what to do.
I was using firefly and creative cloud normally until yesterday, but when I opened it today for work it keeps saying it is not available in your region yet, the same thing when I try to use generative fill on photoshop, and when I open my creative cloud desktop app it only shows apps (and not all of them, it doesn't show beta apps and some other apps) and marketplace and not the full marketplace. I tried to contact support but it keeps showing errors when I try to send the message. It doesn't even show my credits and it gives an error too
