Every time I generate a 9:16 video on Firefly desktop (Chrome), it switches to 16:9 after submission. This has happened 3 times and wasted credits. I’ve checked settings each time. Works fine on mobile. Please investigate and reimburse credits.

you can see 9:16 is selected, but the output is 16:9
