Gemini 3 (Nano Banana Pro) generation doesn't work most of the times and credits are used up anyway

When I try to generate something using Gemini 3 I get an error message (Something went wrong), but the credits are used up anyway. It makes the feature practically unusable (and quite unfair for the user)

      Sorry about the trouble. We are aware that some Creative Cloud users generating imagery using Nano Banana Pro are experiencing elevated error rates and delays. We are actively working to address the issue.

      My main frustration with firefly is exactly this, being charged for credits with no results! These credits are precious!

        Our team is already aware of the elevated error rates and delays caused by Nano Banana Pro model, and we’re actively working to resolve the problem.
         

        In the meantime, if you’d like to continue your workflow, please try selecting Google's new model Gemini 3.1 (w/ Nano Banana 2) which seems to work better for now.
         

        We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on a fix.

          another day of no image generations
          Another wasted day!!!! You keep telling me it is fixed, or you are aware and it is being worked, a fix will be coming, and yet another day wasted, all empty words. Social media is buzzing how firely is a waste of money.  FIX THIS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

          Plusieurs fois j’essaye de générer des images avec gemini 3 mais lors de la génération, qui me consomme bien de crédit, aucune génération n’est faite, et tout est reset. j’aimerais beaucoup récupérer mes crédits car ils se sont volatilisé, sans génération …

          Gemini 3 (Nano Banana Pro) is not working at all, I tried to generate an image for more than 1 hour, and I get after 10 or more minutes, sorry we encountered an issue and my credits are taken...

            Concerning credits loss, rest assured that once a generation fails due to an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance. Just check your account to see if the credits were returned.

            Still can't generate Gemini Pro images.
            This is totally unacceptable. for over 2 hours now I have not been able to generate images using Nano Banana Pro. Other models work, but are far inferior in quality. 

             As a premium paying customer, I should be able to do my work when I am awake, don’t tell me I have to wait till after hours. Thing is other AI apps are not having the same problem using the same prompts. so clearly you did not plan for this unlimited onslaught. FIX THIS!!!!!

            Firefly not working on any browser. I have tried 3 different browsers now and Firefly won't load images. Sits on loading screen for 10+ minutes and then says "sorry something went wrong."

              At the moment doesn’t work at all, both firefly and inside photoshop, as well as on some other platforms..
