Gemini 3 (Nano Banana Pro) generation doesn't work most of the times and credits are used up anyway

I have 235 from 250 credits remaining, and I cannot use any premium generative fills Nano Banana, GPT, Flux and Firefly 5 and still obtaining message: Update in order to use premium functions. Byt the credits are still available; I am paying for photo plan, and still cannot use those premium generative functions. It is frustrating. You should return maoney for making something available which is in fact not

I am trying to create an image since yesterday, I am getting an error that says “Something went wrong, please try again later.” 

Here’s my prompt

It’s not working with any model gemini Model but very reliable on wasting credits!

Edit, these failed generations uses also credits.

Trying to edit reference image, nothing happens and after a long while generation fails.

Me too this is super frustrating

Probably like most of my fellow designers, I have been spending hours clicking generate, wasting credits that are not refunded when the process failed over and over again in all gemini models and now even on firefly 5 model. And tbh this is not even the first time. How hard is it to be the biggest design related corp of the world and yet still cant setup a frontend and ai api connection properly… An unreliable service is not a service at all if I still need to go somewhere else and buy another service credits when you are mostly offline.

When I try to generate something using Gemini 3 I get an error message (Something went wrong), but the credits are used up anyway. Would like a refund of credits 

The image generagtion and video genreation does not function with Nanao Banana and VEO. It always says try it later. I have planty credit, and it was working today, but now stoped to da anything
