I don't know what has chanched in the models but the results are hurble, very plastic look and feel and very low. I have the biggest Program expensive pro, I used to work with it a lot and now I can't create anything.

I am a professional fashion photographer and educator who relies on Firefly for high-end client work. Since the late April/early May 2026 updates, my workflow has become completely broken due to several critical issues.

The output quality has significantly degraded. Despite using professional prompts for realism, the results appear "plastic," artificial, and over-processed. The natural skin texture and photographic depth that were present in previous versions are now missing, making the images unusable for professional delivery.

The model is consistently ignoring key details from uploaded reference images. For example, it frequently changes specific features (e.g., eye color from green to brown) despite clear visual and textual instructions. This makes maintaining character consistency impossible.

In addition to the quality issues, the download button in the Firefly web interface has stopped responding. I am currently unable to export my generated assets to complete my projects.

As a paying subscriber, I expect the tool to maintain professional-grade output and basic functionality. Please address these bugs and the regression in model realism as a priority.
