I have generated the videos from Adobe firefly model but I am unable to download the video as I have also taken the subscription but still I am unable to download the video

As I have generated the videos from Adobe firefly model but unable to download the video as it's saying something went wrong please fix it as soon as possible

    could you login to your Adobe Creative cloud app and see if you can download your videos from there? as a work around.
