Bonjour,Depuis ce mois-ci je ne bénéficie plus de Crédits génératifs mensuels (actuellement :Crédits restants : 0/250).J'aurai du recevoir à la date de ma facture 250 ?Merci de m'aider car la communication est complexe avec Addobe.

I'm trying to upoad an image tu use in firefly as a style reference but nothing happens if i click on that option.

Anytime I say "no beard" or "no ears" or NO anything, it produces results with the exact opposite desire and uses that word to make it have the thing I don't want. It needs to do a better job interpreting the word "NO."

Nothing seems to be responding

I wanted a picter with mouts like phone mount. It keped making pictures with mountains. I wrote in 100 ways, i do not want any mount, mountain topp or anything att all that couls be related to a mountain in this picture. Still only mountains.... 

every image i generated is the same.  the same layout, the same placement of trees, water, etc.  Eveything is the same,  there is no variety in my images no matter what i change

I use Version 16.5.1 Safari. I work with reference images all the time. I upload many. It would be great if I new where they're stored, because often I use the same images, but I have to upload them everytime again. I think the use of storage has something to do with this. How can I clear this storage, because everytime firefly wants to use more storage?

Fotos geradas pelo adobe firefly não condiz com os textos escritos.Escrevo piloto homem, ele reproduz uma mulher; solicito imagem de um rapaz entre 25  a 35 anos com roupa preta, ele cria uma mulher de 15 anos com roupa branca. Tudo que escrevo ele envia ao contrário.  

 When we complete the editting with generative fill or want to download photo nothing will be happening 

why cant i edit my kids photo. i does not want to?? 

I'm getting user guidelines violation message when uploading a structure reference.  I created the image in Illustrator and you can clearly see there is no issue of violation here!

hi,how is this exactly violating any terms? I am paying for the service and want to continue to do so but lately I've tried on three different occasions, three different photos and none of them could be edited using AI. It really not cool. Your AI recognition is waaaay to sensitive and doesn't let me do anything. 

I consitantly come accross an error message whenever I am attempting to reference an image and I can't figure out why. I am trying different photos, file types, references, and the same error message comes up. I give up. Image generation works normally, it is when I try to reference a photo when it breaks.

This ai is not accepted my photo for uploading 

I asked Firefly web to write the text "Viber AI" over a background.The result was a beautiful background and text design HOWEVER the written text itself was wrong. Here are some examples:- Viber- ViberA- ViberIA- ViberrA- Vi   BeraiAfter 10 minutes of trying to guide the AI using compltetly different sytnax prompt, I just gave up. Apparently it's impossible for the AI to write long text, Firefly just ignores my prompt completely (in respect to the text I asked to add to the image) Attached a certain example of the many I tried

No matter how hard I try, no matter what I try, I cannot create any content with firefly. I tried different browsers. I tried English and Turkish. I tried different updates at different times. I tried 2.0 & 3.0 both but it's not working.Device I use:iMac 24 inch, 2023 Apple M3, 16 GBSonoma 14.4.1

When I try to generate an image I keep getting the same error.   Any I dea that can help? [PII removed by moderator]

I tried to edit my gym picture but its showing a violation of guidelines.😐

Hello Firefly team,The Brush remove tool on the Firefly webpage is not working well on mobile for removing objects. Even when I increase the brush size, it only removes in a small area. However, when I use the same tool on a laptop, it works perfectly.

No upload option 

Recently, when using Firefly, I am getting popup messages and tips every few images. Please remove or seriously limit the number of popups, as it makes using the program take much longer. I am seeing the same message several times every time I use the program.
