 When you want to change the background of the picture, the background does not come properly. not clear

Why only lines appear when deleting the background? 

Hi adobe team,I've been having issues with generative fill lately. It does not properly fill like it used to. I usually leave the description box blank and let it to it's thing. I'm using brave browser and tested in chrome too and both are up to date. I always extend images to fit the size of my phone so i put blank spaces where i use genfill. Please see attached example screenshot  Please advise or fix the issue.  

Some strange lines are appearing in the photo. Not just one but many lines are appearing and the background is not changing or the generative fill is not happening properly. This problem is occurring for more than a week.

Why I am getting blurry noise vertical and horizontal lines result everytime on image after using generative fill. Tried different accounts, device, though the problems persists. Give me any solution ASAP. Thank You  

 i tried to add nature in the background and firefly is giving me such inaccurate images

I am facing this issue since three days. When i remove my image background in generative fill and add anything by typing like in attachment i type CITY to add in background and i got the result which i am attaching. Totally disappointed. I used many keywords but results are same.

It's really disppointing that this is not yet fixed. It's even very difficult to get some phone support. But I would have hoped this was already fixed since this issue has been going on since end of March. It used to be so easy to extend backgrounds in the past. I asked Firefly for what should be the simpliest of tasks.A sign that says "Oddball Silver"The results aren't even close.

Paper texture varies in same render, not to mention between different renders. This image is a typical example of a section of 4 images from the same render using the watercolour technique and I put "smooth paper" in my prompt. I have previously been advised to combine sections of different images together to achieve the desired result but how can I when the overall effect varies so much? Wouldn't it be better to let me apply my own texture later?

There are so many mismatch on photo actually one month ago generative fill worked very well but now so many problems and mismatch when generating images using ai 

Firefly said that I'm not old enough to use it's full features. But I have an Adobe account that should have no problem verifying my age... and I'm 38-years-old lol.

Before the result of the ai Was too good , it's gives me the background of the photos in contrast without writing the prompts but now it just give one background all time without writing promptsPlease do again as it was back before update

I prompted  Make a meme on Windows and Apple mac having conversation with each other in front of costmers. Windows looking at apple mac os and shouting i am affordable and any one can buy me. And apple mac replies to windows I am expensive but i have eco-system. And it's showing not even to close over than other websites. edit 

Adobe firefly not generating result and taking years to load and not even loading at the end. just showing error.

Hi,I`ve just started to use Firefly, but everytime i ask for a picture, it shows me mountains and fjords.Ive tried to exclude theese words, but it still shows me theese pictures when i try to generate something. Can you help me? Thanks. 

Lately the platform is not giving me high quality results or correspondence to the prompts

 I get this message every time i try to use text to image, any suggestions will be helpful. Thanks
