sir . i am using Adobe firefly with free account. as i know that Free accounts will get 25 credits each month. but since December i didn't get any credit to use. please fix it

When I click on the Adobe Firefly icon in Creative Cloud, it opens a window in Safari...... Firefly opens... A pop-up window asks me to agree with userguidlines. ... When I click on 'agree' the pop-up window pops up again... so I cannot get in 😞 Expected result: Acces to Adobe FireflyActual result: Pop-up window pops up again Who knows what's going wrong?

Greetings, I've just purchased Firefly pack bcoz of the generate fill option and now it freezes and i can't move a mouse or do anything. Only option that is left is to refresh the page and all of my work i've done is deleted and my credits gone. Useless. 

Website is not working 

When I add a image to change or remove things from image it can't shows results it shows original image in results. Your Adobe is very useful for me but this bug irritating me 😭. Please fix it!

I was trying to replace my original portrait's background with another one by Generative AI, I removed the original backgroun first and generated a new background, however, my portrait became totally blurry and ruined.

Connection cut and lage  

I was streaming on the Firefly Discord, I generated an image and a viewer generated the same promt and got the exact same image.  I had them share the link in the chat and opened it. I was using Firefly model 2 on my Mac.

For the past 2 days, Firefly does not finish loading and therefore is not generating any images.

I was trying to generate an image of a fireplace with logs in it, but the logs are unlit. No matter how I worded the text, all of the options generated showed the logs on fire (even when including the words 'fire' and 'flame' in the exclude from image area. So, one major area of improvement is the exclusion function. I think the issue stems from human patterns of representation, where the ideal fireplace is typically lit.

Es muy, muy, pero muy comun que al desear un personaje, sentado (parado en mucho menos frecuente) el resultado no genere su segunda pierna. Es decir, unicamente sale con una pierna... Algo que me ha generado varios conflictos.  En las imagenes adjuntadas se puede ver muy claramente (Me es tan común el error que las 4 imagenes, son las 4 imagenes de un mismo resultado)

Hace unas semanas conseguía generar caras realistas, normales. Pero llevo un par de semanas que casi todas las caras que se generan tienen uno o varios defectos severos. Parecen monstruos, a veces les falta un ojo o la nariz o la boca. Otras veces están mal colocados, o tienen un ojo abierto y otro cerrado. Algunas veces parece que tienen caries en los dientes. Un auténtico desastre que me obliga a gastar créditos una y otra vez, y algunas veces desisto porque no consigo un resultado creíble.

I am Bangladeshi but  I can't edit for country issue. 

When uploading an imgae (5120px x 4096px) to Firefly Generative Fill for editing/testing, it is sampled/set at a far far lower resolution. when downloading the editied image the resolution is set at (4096 x 3276) instead of the original resolution. Why is this? Is there an image resolution limit to 4096x4096 or something? Alot of Professionals (especially in modern times on modern systems) work with resolutions far far larger than this. As a Geospatial Engineer the standard resolution some of us work on is 8192 x 8192 so a resolution cap would be a detrament to the entire Geospatial industy. Perhaps is this only because Firefly is still in Beta testing?

After about 15 minutes of working the site resets itself and you loose all your work. Needs to have a save button of some sorts.

So initially, I prompted the following:"male dwarf piloting a small jet engine plane in the sky. detailed."all results gave me a "normal" size male human. no good.Next I tried:"male little person piloting a small jet engine plane in the sky. detailed."same thing.also, in both results I didn't get a jet engine airplane, but a propeller plane, so there's that.Next, just to see what happened, I tried:"male midget piloting a small jet engine plane in the sky. detailed."aaaaaand it got blocked because of "guidelines".I'm cool with using inclusive language, but you gotta give results that match the prompt. If even "dwarf" is not recognized and I get results that are not what I'm trying to get, then the AI engine has to be able to respond with adequate results and not half assed crap.Also, there's another issue that I got a few days back. I had a prompt asking for Santa Claus doing something. All results gave me young female Santa Clauses because yes, now we have to specify that Santa Claus i
