I have been trying to generate images and it is taking very long, sometimes up to 5 minutes for images to be generated. Most times it doesn't even generate at all and my internet speed is at 44MBPs. Please help

A few users now are reported missing a download button to generative fill on web. Instead what they see is 'edit in express' (see attachment).    

A few days ago I was using the generative text-to-image with a reference image. After it would generate, I would select one of the 4 options that was close to what I wanted, click "show similar", and the reference image would stay as part of the next search. That was very helpful and lead to lots of great content. Currently, when clicking "show similar" the reference image falls off and disapears and the next images generated are not as close to what I was trying to create. 

Unable to change the aspect ratio after generating an image.I generated an image with an reference style of an image. And unable to change the aspect ratio.It switches back to what the first one was.Thanks

I don not see my photos on website. That's is biggest problem ever.   

After the payment, AI just stopped generating. Waste of money

I am exploring Generative fill, but I am encountering an issue where the applied shading for editing does not appear on the images when I interact with them. I am using Google Chrome on my Xiaomi pad, and I have also tried installing other browsers, but the problem persists. The shading I apply for editing doesn't appear on the image. Yet, there are no problems when I use my MacBook or iPhone.

Bonjour, Je cherche a générer des images via un prompt. Je vais donc sur le site de Firefly via mon CC, je clique sur "generer" ou "essayer" et ... rien. Quoi que je fasse, le site n'est pas fonctionnel sur mon PC. Il l'est cependant sur Telephone, ou je vois bien apparaitre une zone de texte pour entrer le prompt. J'ai essayé plusieurs navigateur, de nettoyer/mettre a jour mes navigateur, rien a faire, je suis constamment rediriger vers https://firefly.adobe.com/inspire/images qui n'est qu'une page de présentation ... Une idée pour pouvoir l'utiliser sur PC ? Car cela ne me semble pas être uniquement fonctionnel sur téléphone. Merco

I noticed a few days ago that Firefly resolution and creativity appear to have lowered. The background, especially along the horizon of a landscape, is fuzzy or indistinct. And there are a lot of clouds to cover up the resolution. Why?  I may use an alternative AI with better quality!

I haven't got my monthly firefly credits. Please look in to it. You told free users will get 25 credits per month.

Firefly is not working on any browser on laptop and on my Iphone I can generate photos, but when i upload a photo to match it doesn't generate something, but it takes my generative points. 

Hi,I have been trying to open adobe firefly for a long time. It is asking me to reload and try again later. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Let me know what has gone wrong with opening firefly.

I don't know why but it is taking forever I mean my internet is fast but I can't get the generated picture 

I can not find any of my saved photos in my favorites folder. All of my other photos are gone as well.

Cant import photo it always says not supported by..  Its so annoying, im a new user, all i can say is that its not user friendly. Please fix this, i hope all type of image can be generated. I am only using my phone to try how to generate photo. Fix the issue. 

Firefly's prompt is not working. text-to-image is not working often. Too much lag and sometimes doesn't even working

I'm using Firefly (in Safari browser) test and learn. I tried uploading a photo in which I wanted to generate a new backdrop. After selecting the photo to upload, nothing happened. It didn't upload. I tried again, same thing. As a creative cloud subscriber my account suggests there are no credit limits. Has anyone else had this happen?

Make sure you save your image after every render. You never know when the app will crash and revert back to some image you had ten minutes ago😞

So basically when I'm generating images specifically in text to image especially when using match which is my favorite feature, this image of a bear shows up saying next steps or one more step and I'm unable to create more images cause after this one more step image pops up it gives me error generating. I have to log out and in a lot to fix it. It's incredibly annoying. I'm on mobile in firefly website 

I am trying to make a stylised portrait using another stylised portrait as reference. However, even at the lowest values of style strenght, the traits of the reference's subject are transferred to the outcome image. For example , when prompted:"A young female biologist, in her early 20, looking serious and determined. Lab equipment can be seen in the background" With the following reference:The outcomes are as follows: STRENGHT 0STRENGHT 1STRENGHT 2 The women depicted, even at strenght 0, are obvious variations of the woman in the reference - and they do not really look in their early 20s. Also, the AI decided that glasses were part of the style more often than not. While this is a great feature in itself, I think it is not working as intended.
