Firefly - still no access despite email
Hello,I got the email on April 14th, "Dear Customer, You're in".In fact, I was able to log in with the correct access data (email + password), but still had no access to Adobe Firefly because the "Request access" button is still visible.I then found the special form in the forum for people who still have access problems. I would have expected that apart from the email confirmation on this form, someone would take care of it within 2 days. That doesn't seem to be the case. In the forum I see that the number of people who have exactly this problem is constantly increasing, but I have not yet received any feedback that anyone has been helped.I'm pretty upset in the meantime, because I was really happy about the access notification and I gave my students a correspondingly positive message.I hope that the problem will be solved promptly.Best regardsRalf
