iPadで使用時、ボタンが押せなかったり、開いたポップアップが閉じなくなって作業を継続出来なかったりします。大切な画像のブラッシュアップ中に操作が出来なくなって今までの作業が無駄になってしまいます。出来るだけ早く直してください。

I can see the options, but when I click to any of the options, another tab opens to Firefly and stays charging forever. I tried two different days and still not working. I use Safari on a Mac computer

Hi Adobe, I really want to pay for your product but you are not allowing me. My country Montenegro is not on the list of supported countries so there is no way for my to purchase any plan. How is this possible in 2023when I can purchase pretty much anything with my Visa card online and also my country has PayPal. Isn't it a bit funny that most of the people are screaming on the forum because you won't let them cancel their subscription, and in other countries you are pushing us to use other softwares and not even giving a damn that only option to use Adobe software would be a pirate one. Is there any workaround for this situation cuz I really use Lightroom mobile and now certain features are only for subscribed users.

Hi there, this was a first, and I took a screenshot of my screen. Mind that the picture is enlarged quite a bit.   I was working on a demonstration that I have to propose in two weeks, and I was trying to differentiate in generative fill between insert and remove.   I thought removing a nosering can be a good way to explain what removing parts of the image means. But my firefly refuses to do it.   At first I thought I made a too big selection, so I tried again as you see below, which is nothing but the size of the ring, and still I get the same answer.

The app seems to do a clean cutout of the background. The figure that remains looks fine. But when any background is added, the figure becomes distorted enough that it's not useable. The only useable background was the one in the original photo. 

Hello support , please help, firefly access denied (not available in your region) I'm in the UK , and have the all apps plan , so cant understand what the issue is , have used the beta since it started and now cant get into the upgraded full firefly version , very frustrating,  Running on a Mac Studio Ultra and using Safari,    kind regards mehau kulyk (Removed by Mod)

Choosing a 'transparent' background leaves a lot of white around the letters. Not useful. 

Image is getting squezed and mirrored from the side.

Whenever I upload an image, it's completely blank as if I uploaded nothing.

I used the prompt "A bold, sans-serif letter C on fire with very tall flames, on a black background", Generally it performed very well, however all the fonts used in the generation were serif, NOT sans-serif. Given Adobe's heritage I would expect it to respect any specified font instructions.   Please see attached image

Hello !There is a little problem when I try to generate "black and white" images.When I white black and white and press generate, this disapear.I've selected the "black and white" tone filter but results are colored.So I wrote un french and it works. Thank you 🙂

Why can't I work here?

I cannot see anywhere i could type in the online adobe firefly portal. Please help !!  

Clicking the User Guidelines link first brought me to a page asking what country I was in (Canada?). I chose English, and then it went to a 404 page - content not found.

Can't generate selected area

Wont load and it wont even pull up a picture or a photoshopped picture

whenever i try to select complete background and change it. The face becomes very wierd itself and gets disorted something like that. happens almost everytime. 

Not maximize the image so not easy to use brush in small details

I'm having trouble saving it and taking more screenshots. Photo is shaking too much.
