updated chrome  tried two browsers firefly won't work and I had to use another ai app to create the attached. 

I’m writing to dispute a content flag and the loss of credits from your AI generator.I created an image for a ketchup commercial featuring a person laughing as a cyclone of ketchup swirled around them. To avoid any moderation issues, I made the ketchup an extremely bright, nearly orange color—so far from blood that it could not be misinterpreted. There was absolutely nothing in my prompt or the image that referenced violence, blood, or anything inappropriate. This was a 100% safe, food-themed, commercial concept.Despite this, the image was flagged for “gore,” and I lost a significant portion of my monthly credits. This is extremely frustrating and unfair—especially given how strictly I followed all posted content guidelines and deliberately exaggerated the color to avoid any moderation confusion.As a creative user, it is discouraging to see compliant, playful images penalized by overzealous filters, especially when each failed attempt costs valuable credits. I am unable to generate AI vector images. When I click on it all I get is a blank screen.

Your art generator is the worst I have ever used. It is very good at generating art exactly opposite to the text, and seems deliberately defying and going against the text input.For example, I input "A dog looking up to a high statue with a human on top", and your app manages to put a dog on the top of the pedestal with a human looking up, EVERY TIME!

I'm trying to simply submit...MY OWN PHOTO to be created into a unique way looking like it was "ai generated." Firefly misleads you on EVERY SINGLE link they provide in doing so. It is constantly bringing me back to their pages to submit a prompt, to then produce an image with my own text. Af first it will say I can "submit my own image," but then never actually provides a tool or segment to do so. It is so bizarre that I cannot even contact Firefly directly to ask on this, it is so beyond frustrating and I already hate using this software. I mine as well just went back into photoshop and spent an hour doing my own filters because this amount of time is the same.

I have digitized childhood photographs, including the attached. Firefly rejects the photo and links to User Guidelines. I've read them. Nothing in my photo (of me, in pajamas at 2) violates any element of those guidelines.Prompts attempted: "Family opens presents Christmas morning", "Toddler boy opens Christmas present"Why is Firefly overly rejecting?!

Hi,I gave firefly an image as a source and this input: "Add moving smoke effect around the model, the model doesn't move. " For some reason... The generator completely ignores my request and makes the model move regardless.So, in some cases it fully ignores the prompt and just does what it wants...Maybe its a question of words, but it's a bit frustrating.Thanks.

I lost the majority of my 70 videos worth of credits with lots of non-sense videos generating random artifacts and other problems. I also got random warnings about being unable to display the results, likely wasting a huge number of credits on those as well without getting anything out of it. This is a paid business project for a clients ebook marketing and it's really difficult to get results without credits being wasted on issues.

I do not know what is happening. I tried the Translate video and am getting the error message - Cannot access. Sorry, this feature isn't available.- This is only happening on my Dell computer. I tried on a Mac, and it's working correctly. Do you have any idea?

I have the correct Plan and Credits, Cant access just the Translate version

i've uploaded an reference image but it doesn't follw it at all ( even i've set it to 100%)refreshing/ restarting browser can not fix this issue 

Hiya,  I can't use generative fill/expand despite buying a firefly subscription. It was working fine for a few days but now greyed out. My understanding is that generative fill/expand when there isn't a description is unlimited with this plan. Thanks,Kelsie

Hi,  There seems to be something wrong. I still have credits, but I'm unable to render anything. This issue has been happening for more than a month now. I don't know what could be causing it.  Hope you can help.  Thanks! Han

This appears when I download a photo to convert into a 5 second video - "Some items are hidden when frames are in use, because they don't support frames. To use hidden items, remove all frames."There seems no way to remove all frames. All my photos appear in the frame but not on the large screen. When I put in the AI description the video is produced showing only the AI version of the description -not the original photo. I have wasted all my credits trying to get it to work but only I success which I tried the same photo a second time and the same warning came up and it did not work. When I go on to the help it always says I am on the wrong country setting although I always open Firefly through my Creative Cloud account and all my photos are done on Photoshop. I have used the YOUTUBE videos and they all show the way i am using it. I also resize my photos o fit the criteria.

Not sure if this is a bug or needs to be a feature but it would be nice to be able to copy an image out of boards and use it in illustrator or other apps rather than just photoshop or express.  Thanks! 

You should work on the beards, you only offer pictures of men with a beard, even when I exclude beard, moustche from the prompt, you show only men with a beard. Or has anybody a solution how to get portraits and pictures of men without a beard?

Can I upload my image sample for reference, because firefly ai video generator suffers from interpolation., and is unfortunately not worth the further investment if firefly is unable to use my pre developed source images. This causes the app to be useless for the creation of professional pilot samples. I'm using the most recent 10$ version  Platform mobile app Google store I was under the impression that this product would be able to follow my source materials I made Thank you wgi 

Leider werden mir keine Bilder generiert, obwohl ich eine ausführliche Beschreibung eingebe. Einziges Ergebnis, meine Credits werden immer weniger, aber es werden keine KI Bilder generiert. Dafür, dass man hier im Jahr viel Geld bezahlt, sollte es auch funktionieren!

Text to Image doesn't work, but Text to Vector/video can be used normally.

The first of the 4 generated images is consistently not downloadable. Clicking to scroll through the 4 generated images, the first image does not show up; it's just the left and right arrow. I have logged out and back in 3 times. This just started today, but it's happening with every set of generated images, which is disappointing, since I love some of them.
