my last 4 firefly videos are not downloading... the original portraits are not downloading... i tried to upscale to 4k but even that is not working... the last 16x9 also did not upscale to 4K and... in the mean time you have been eating my credits!

When you say they are not downloading, can you download them from the Generation History page:

What OS and browser are you using? Can you do a screen recording of the problem or take screen shots of the full browser window?

Being unable to download is incredibly frustrating. To further help and assist, could you provide a short video. This way we can see what is occurring.

Regarding your credits
Credits are deducted when you press generate. If the generation fails, they should be restored, but it is not necessarily instantaneous. Can you please double check to see if they have since been restored?
