not able to upload 2nd reference image while editing image

its been 48 hours i am not able to upload more than one reference image while editing image in all models.tried different browsers. still the same issue happening

Der Courser spring immer sofort ins Textfeld.

Sowohl in der App, als auch im Browser. Firefox 156.0 Windows 11

i have tried different browser and incognito mode also. still the same problem.as a working professional its been realy frustating.i have my commitments please solve the issue as soon as posible.while sign out i am able to upload images but after sign in i am not.

I’ve seen similar issues where a feature works normally in one workflow but fails when adding another item during editing. Since you’ve already tested multiple browsers and different Firefly models, it may be worth checking whether the issue is tied to the account/session rather than the browser itself.

If possible, I’d also test the same workflow in a private/incognito window and with a fresh session. If the problem still happens there, the screen recording requested above should make it much easier to identify exactly where the second reference upload fails. Hope this helps narrow it down.

I press upload to add a picture it works great but when I click the bottom to add another it wont respond the option comes up for a second and then vanishes

I am trying to add more than one image when editing an image, but it does not allow me, there is an option to upload 6 images but the function is not working.

I worked out a temporary fix. Open firefly, sign out then use as you normally would. Add your reference images and write your changes you want, hit generate. It should ask you to sign in. Sign in and hit the edit image button, it will then go back to what you were trying to do whilst signed out but your reference images will be there. Hit generate again and it will do its magic. Hassle is if you want to do more editing, you will have to do it all again, but use the newly edited image as your first reference image.
