P: Blank screen after selection option

Hey, just got my "You're In" email - can log in fine and see the options - Text to Image etc, but clicking any just takes me to an empty white browser screen. Have tried hard refresh and incognito. Have also tried in Edge and Chrome but same end result.

Do I need to wait it out?

Hi.

I'm facing the same issue.

When I try to open Firefly Website there's only a white page.

In Incognito mode I can access the site, but two weeks ago I was able to open Firefly's website in "normal" mode without problems and I don't add any new extension to the browser.

I tried to launch the site from the CC App, but the result is the same: blank page.

SYS Info
OS: Win 10 22H2 (build 19045.3324)
Browser: Firefox 116.0.2

Tôi đã thử rất nhiều cách nhưng không khắc phục được sự cố trên , có vẻ như rất nhiều người đang gặp tình trạng như thế không chỉ riêng tôi . Mong nhà phát triển Adobe tìm ra vấn đề và khắc phục nó . Chúc may mắn !

Similar difficulty others seem tto having recently. Met with blank browser window when trying to access Firefly, Was working fine prior to a recent browser update.
