I’m currently unable to upload photos to Firefly for editing, despite the service working for only about a week and a half. Considering the cost, this disruption is unacceptable. Please address this issue promptly or provide a full refund.

Der Upload eines Bildes als Referenz funktioniert seit ca. 18.11.2025 nicht mehr. Ich kann ein Bild auswählen, aber es wird nicht hochgeladen / wird nicht als Referenzbild angezeigt.

Sur firefly depuis hier soir, impossible de mettre une image modèle pour la composition et/ou le style.
Méga chiant quand on a besoin de travailler rapidement.

Hi,

can you maybe give us a screenshot? Often it is the case that the uploaded reference Image is not of the format that is necessary or that some words or phrases within the prompt does not work. maybe also try it later with slightly different prompt and/or Reference Image.

I had the sam problem, I just changed the browser i uesed firefox then i switched to chrome.

I think browser is the main issue.

I'm having the same issue, there are some files I am able to upload. The attached images are the original image generated by ChatGPT, which I can upload, and 3 versions (PNG-8, PNG-24, JPG) of the same file saved for web in Photoshop, which Firefly refuses to upload.
I hope that this will help replicate the issue.
