firefly is not generating image. its loading for 30 minutes then its saying something went wrong and cutting my credits without giving any results

Have you been using a reference image?
Is the issue affecting partner models specifically, or all models?

Could you please reply with the following information:

• A screen shot of the whole browser or application window (including your avatar in the upper right corner) with the error or problem showing or when the problem is happening (not just the error message itself).

• What model were you using (such as Firefly Image 3, Firefly Image 4, Firefly Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3, etc.)?

• A copy of the keyframe(s) or reference images (if any) you were using.

Could you provide a screenshot of an example of your image that is being rejected?

Common problems

Trademarked / Copyright
Political figures / Celebrities
if it has children or child like images (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child/ even childlike)

or

- the prompt has words associated with children example: boy, girl, kid, kids, child, children and so on...
Many Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.

3rd Party models do take longer to process videos and images.

Firefly Models are in Red. They tend to work faster.
3rd Party models are in grey each model works at different speeds.

The generate image function not working. Been loading for hours and tried multiply time. This exact function I been using for past months, now suddenly not working. Its just keep loading non stop

It’s all working well at my end now (England). I’m creating images as normal in the various models using reference images.

Mine is also working in NC, USA. At least the FF Image 5 is, using 2 reference images. The reference images were not properly reproduced, but it’s better than it has been.

it was working perfectly then it stoped generating videos or images

Same exact thing is happening to me. I clear my cache, close my browser and no luck. It’s just sitting there for 30 minutes trying to generate an image and after 30 min it just says “whoops”
