firefly is not generating image. its loading for 30 minutes then its saying something went wrong and cutting my credits without giving any results

      To help us investigate more effectively, could you confirm a couple of details:

      • Have you been using a reference image?

      • Is the issue affecting partner models specifically, or all models?

      I upload a photo; add the description that I would like and click generate.  It loads for a very long time but doesn’t generate an image nor does it give a error message.  It just doesn’t stop loading - continuous loading

        It is now 12 hours later and I’m still having the same issue. Using a reference image, not using a reference image, it just acts like it’s creating an image for a half an hour and then says “something went wrong“ and I think my credits are still being used up. Really a damaging situation to my workflow. I’m paying for this so that this kind of thing DOESN’T happen .

          I’m still getting the same thing, and as my package renews tomorrow, I’m going to lose a load of credits that I intended to use today. I hope there will be some sort of goodwill gesture when this is resolved. It is very frustrating.

              Bonjour, 

              Depuis hier, j’essaie de générer des images grâce à des déjà existantes ainsi qu’un prompt mais ca charge pendant une éternité avant de me mettre de réessayer plus tard. C’est assez embêtant, j’en ai absolument besoin pour travailler. J’aimerais que le problème soit résolut rapidement si possible.

                Using any image model on either Chrome or Safari, I can generate images normally when using only a text prompt, but the addition of ANY reference image on ANY model results in the UI hanging for 10 to 20 minutes before failing with the generic “Something Went Wrong” error message. Have tried logging in and out of Adobe Creative Cloud several times and clearing browser cache to no avail. Funny enough just tried it on Firefly iPhone app and is working normally there so seems like a web issue.

                  The issue suddenly cleared up late yesterday afternoon for me but was a 36 hour interruption in my work. So guess who is working all weekend haha. It would be good to know if there is an explanation for what happened so won’t have to start form scratch if it happens again!

                  After sending the request, only an infinite progress bar. I tried using different queries and different photos. This problem continues for several days from March 25th to today March 27th

                      Uploaded photo, asked it to remove carpet, just spun and spun forever, never did it.

                        the image generations take too much time to generate on nano banana 2 or any other model in high quality or auto size and after waiting it shows an error generate
