firefly is not generating image. its loading for 30 minutes then its saying something went wrong and cutting my credits without giving any results

    Logged in with active Premium subscription for trail(4000+ credits available).
    Uploaded a reference frame (Illustration style).
    Entered a detailed descriptive prompt for a 1080p Vertical (9:16) video.
    Clicked "Generate."
    Issue: > The button registers the click but no loading bar appears and no credits are deducted. The UI remains static.

    Asking a simple command and it just spins.  I sign out and back and redo and still the same.  I have rebooted the computer pull this back up ask the same thing and nothing.  It’s doing this on all requests.  I have paid and I am getting nothing out of this program.  When it does generate it does not do what I ask and I have to start over.

    When asking to edit something most of the time it will not load. The loading bar goes across the screen constantly but never loads anything
    When uploading a picture to edit it will not load 99% of the time.  This includes the application and the web page.  The bar just goes across the screen loading endlessly.  Doesnt say there was a problem, that it couldnt load it, etc...  Just never ending loading.  I tried the adobe model and nano banana.  Both are doing it

    I'm facing the same problem; no images are being generated. I wait an hour and still no images are generated. The problem affects all models, especially Gemini models of all versions.

    For the past 24+ hours, I’ve been unable to use Firefly. I have a purchased service, plenty of credits, and know how to/have used the service for multiple weeks now with no issues until this time. I went through troubleshooting steps including trying a different browser, refreshing/updating my browsers, and clearing my cache/cookies. I do not have a VPN. I’ve tried Firefly Image 5, all of the GPT & Gemini models, and FLUX 2. I’ve left the page open and “loading” for as long as several HOURS and still it never completes. I purchased this service as a tool for my employment, and was unable to do a large portion of my work yesterday since this service seems to be down. I need to know if this is an issue that can be, and will be fixed, and if there is a timeframe for that. Otherwise, I will have to cancel my service and find another tool. I’m including a screenshot that shows the “loading” animation.

    It seems to affect native and partner models, and the issue persists whether or not reference images are used. This seems to have been going on for about 24 hours, as I first noticed it yesterday morning (UTC)

    My firefly generations are getting stuck on 11% for hours. It's been happening for 24 hours now.
    None of my generations are finishing and it’s been happening for over a day… it’s very frustrating as I have a lot of work to be getting on with. Anyone else experiencing this at the moment?

     

    I have tried logging in on different browsers / machines but it’s the same on all of them, so it seems to be at account level. However, I’ve checked and I have thousands of credits so I should be good to go.

    Firefly is taking huge amount of time to generate and then crashes
    During image generation, the process frequently takes an unusually long time to complete (sometimes several minutes), after which the system either crashes or fails to deliver the final image. Despite the failed or interrupted generation, the generative credits are still deducted from my account.

    This has happened multiple times over the past sessions, resulting in a noticeable loss of credits without receiving usable outputs.

    I’ve merged your post into this thread which covers the same topic as yours.

    Credits are deducted the moment you hit Generate, but if the generation fails due to an error, those credits are automatically returned to your balance. Just check your account and you shall find them returned.
