P: I keep getting "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

Im unable to use kling 3.0 omni to generate video from last night.
whenever i try to generate video on kling 3.0 omni model im unable to generate. it is good that i didnt bought the subscription or else my work would have come to end because of no proper customer support available.

He intentado borrando caché, entrando desde incógnito, cambiando de navegador y nada. Me sigue lanzando el error de “Ha habido un problema. Inténtalo de nuevo más tarde”. No me deja generar, crear NADA

When I'm logged in, it throws an error. But when I log out, it generates the image fine. The problem only occurs with external models.

I cleared my browser's cache, tried it in incognito mode, other browser but nothing worked.

• Workflow Context:
  • Which Firefly function were you using? (e.g., Text to Image, Generative Fill, Text to Video, etc.)
  • Which model was selected? (e.g., Firefly Image 3, Image 4 Ultra, Imagen 3).
  • The full prompt you were using. (this really helps us help you.)
  • Copies of any reference images, keyframes, or original images used.

Common problems

• Trademarked / Copyright
• Political figures / Celebrities 

• Long complicated prompts (often from ChatGPT)
  (short easy to read prompts tend to work very well)
• busy dark background images for videos. the images need to be easy to distinguish who the main characters are and what the background is. 

Anything to do with Children

• if it has children or child like images (an absolute no/ firefly will not generate anything that even resembles a child/ even childlike)

or

• - the prompt has words associated with children example: boy, girl, kid, kids, child, children and so on...
  Many Generation Models will not generate anything to do with children.
• Nudity
