I'm trying to create images with Gemini Nano Banana and often, it doesn't generate the image and displays the following message:

"Something went wrong. Please try agin later.".

I tried last night and it didn't work, and now, this morning, it doesn't work either. It’s not the first time it happens. It's frustrating because I have credits to use before they expire in a few days and if I can't use them, I lose them.

The generation of the video is coming as an error.
I have credits. But after giving the go for generation, am getting a message of can’t load the video or can’t generate the video error.

I want to clarify how credits are handled in Adobe Firefly

Credits are deducted IMMEDIATELY when you click Generate.
If the generation fails and you see an error, the credits are automatically refunded AFTER the error occurs. This applies to all errors, there are no exceptions.
If you notice that credits were not returned after an error, this usually indicates that a generation did complete successfully. In that case, you can check under Files > Generation History to see if the outputs were stored there.

If you’re still having an issue, we can escalate the matter to the respective team for more investigation. To do so, please provide us with the following:

A Full Screen recording: Please provide a single screen recording of your entire browser, which should include:
- Your credits balance before generation.
- + The error occurring.
- + The balance after the error and page refresh.
System Details: Specify your Operating System (OS) and Browser (including version numbers).

This recording will allow our team to pinpoint what’s happening and ensure any improper deductions are addressed.
