I'm trying to create images with Gemini Nano Banana and often, it doesn't generate the image and displays the following message:

"Something went wrong. Please try agin later.".

I tried last night and it didn't work, and now, this morning, it doesn't work either. It’s not the first time it happens. It's frustrating because I have credits to use before they expire in a few days and if I can't use them, I lose them.

I’m using Safari mobile version. It happens in Chrome too. It mostly happens when I try to expand a photo.

Yet again. On another discussion board here because ADOBE isnt working. Big shocker. After trying to generate ONE image all day nothing works , when i enter a prompt (on my ipad or phone) i get the slow down message. I havent even generated anything in days yet im told to slow down. Now i thought this would work on my laptop and it doesnt work . I tried using it on safari and the page doent work at all. I tried using google, and then i get a “something went wrong message”. Now I cant use it. Everyone in here is frustrated yet the product we all use doesnt care. Nothing is fixed yet I bet you guys take your payment every month. Im tired of you all, I hate having someone respond to my post and nothing is resolved not even a “We hear you and were working on it…..heres the update we expect” nothing.

I dont want a work around.
I dont want to hear “I know this is frustrating”
Dont respond back unless their is a fix.
This is ridiculous.

here is my har. something else to notice is after trying to generate image or videos with ai models and failing, the webpage automatically logs out of the acocunt. in the first har i deleted all browser data beforehand and deactivated (not uninstalled) all of the extensions i had, but the problem persisted. in the second har (noextensionsfirefly.adobe.com.har) i also deleted the the extensions, nonetheless the issue also persisted.

i tried to use veo 3.1, 4 seconds audio activated, 9:16 ratio, prompt was “make him walk towards the camera” and the character was the one attached. the only models that actually generated a video were the ones from firefly, all of the other did not work
