I'm trying to create images with Gemini Nano Banana and often, it doesn't generate the image and displays the following message:

"Something went wrong. Please try agin later.".

I tried last night and it didn't work, and now, this morning, it doesn't work either. It’s not the first time it happens. It's frustrating because I have credits to use before they expire in a few days and if I can't use them, I lose them.

I’m having the same problem for the past 3 days. This happening with firefly nano banana 2 and pro. This seems like a bug with photoshop. What’s the fix?

Hi Tarun,

I reproduced the issue with a partner video model in Adobe Firefly and attached the HAR file as requested.

The HAR captures the failed video generation request. The request to firefly-3p.ff.adobe.io/v2/3p-videos/generate-async returns HTTP 408 when the generation fails.

Please let me know if you need any additional information or another HAR capture.
