P: I keep getting "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

I keep running into the same issue. Tired running it in incognito mode. Tried clearing cookies and cache. tried waiting, resetting. Nothing works. I’ve had this issue for the last 7 days or so. Maybe it will work for the first two images but then shuts down and i cant get anything to work. Even the adobe firefly models have stopped working. I don’t submit heavy requests. they are pretty simple since i just use it to optimize art sparingly for pre press production outputs.

I’m adding my report to this open issue because it looks like a lot of people are having the same problem.

I recently started an Adobe Firefly Pro Plus plan mainly to test the selected unlimited video models included with the plan. The Adobe Firefly Video Model works for me, but the partner / third-party video models keep failing every time with:

“Something went wrong. Please try again later.”

I have not been able to generate a single video using the partner video models.

I have tested:

• Chrome and Firefox
• Simple text-to-video prompts
• Prompts with no brand names or copyrighted terms
• One Firefly tab open only
• Different partner video models

The result is always the same error.

Because the Adobe Firefly Video Model works on the same account, this does not seem like a browser or prompt issue. It seems more like a backend issue, partner model access issue, entitlement issue, or account-level restriction affecting the included partner models.

Can Adobe please provide an estimated time for when this issue will be fixed? I need to decide whether to keep or cancel my subscription, because the main reason I signed up was to use the included partner video models.

From what I have seen on the Adobe Discord and in this forum, this error has been happening and getting reported for over a month, but there does not seem to be a clear explanation from Adobe about what is causing it or when it will be resolved.

I do not feel comfortable continuing with a paid plan, especially one advertised for video creation at scale, when some of the included video models are not working and customers are not being given clear information about what is happening.

Have the issue for days now - yesterday it worked for some time and this morning like for five images and since then “Something went wrong”.

Can’t create anything through Gemini. Premium account. Cleared Cache, changed the browser to English. Logged out, logged in again. Nothing is working. Always “Something went wrong”, over and over.

Already tried to clear cache, don’t have vpn or adblock but still have this message

whether Sora, kling or veo, this lousy and very expensive firefly doesn't work. With every generate request, I get the error message : "something went wrong, please try later." Is that what you pay for?
defective programing, retuens error message every time. No video generated. Pitiful

None of the partner models are working; only the Firefly model is working, but it doesn't have the features we want either. It's been like this for hours. ​@Hajar Toutsi
